A lot of favoritism and managers do dirty things on a daily! If you know people in corporate... you are in the other side, if you don’t... you are done!
Managers get to rotate cars every 3 days!!! You can drive any maker/model!!
The benefits and you also get the following holidays: *new years *memorial day *4th of July *labor day *thanksgiving *christmas (and closed on Sunday’s)
There’s a lot of favoritism at this company!! If you know “how to talk and play the game” you will make it! There’s managers and non managers doing dirty/dishonest things on a daily basis but if you know somebody in Corporate... it’s all good! They will forgive and forget your dirt!!! Oh but if you are “out of the circle” good luck to you! Another thing that I didn’t like is how LOW the quality standards are... I’d be embarrassed to showcase most vehicles! The DT standards are the lowest in the car industry!!
As a manager you get to borrow what they call “driver” which is any car from the lot, you can rotate every 3 days! Any maker and model !!!
