Responding to inquiries and complaints promptly through proactive follow ups.

DriveTime is Immediately Hiring Automotive Detailers!
In short, the Auto Detailer is responsible for tracking and monitoring the maintenance of DriveTime vehicles and making them look clean and neat! In long, our Detail Associates are responsible for:
Stock in vehicles when they arrive from auction.
Prepare and move vehicles around the Reconditioning Center for distribution to retail.
Detail vehicles - Wash and buff, minor paint touch-up, vacuum interior and clean any other additional surfaces.
Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
Perform inspections and keep complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition.
Identifying and completing repairs effectively the first time, to minimize re-work and delays in production.
Work in ways that decrease possibility of injury to yourself or other team members in the shop due to spills or other preventable hazardous conditions.
Working with Reconditioning Center Management to repair or reject inventory based on estimated cost of repairs and/or the overall quality of the vehicle

The Reconditioning Center Administrator plays a key role in managing vendor relationships, vendor coordination, processing invoices, and ensuring repair quality.
This position supports smooth operations by handling vehicle repair orders, validating vendor work, and ownership of facility invoices.

Coordinate and assign sublet repairs with all vendors:
Arrange transportation for off-site repairs

This position is responsible for being proficient in Document Control Coordinator tasks and ability to take on additional assignments and responsibilities in all aspects of title handling and processing.
In long, you will:
Assist customer with amendment to securitized titles (Moves, Adding or Deleting names from title, Name Changes, and Flips); including but not limited to reviewing incoming paperwork, prepping, and sending out all necessary paperwork to the DMV and/or customer
Verify and service titles, distribute documents to correct departments and ultimately the return of the documents to the customer or third party at the time the loan is completed
Assist customers to reinstate their name on the title after a repossession; including but not limited to advising customer what documents are needed, reviewing incoming paperwork, prepping, and sending out all necessary paperwork to 3rd Party Title vendors and/or DMV
Complete title corrections by reviewing incoming paperwork, prepping, and sending out all necessary paperwork to the DMV
Complete lien verifications for internal and external departments
Complete document replacement requests
Provide excellent internal and external customer service by supporting the escalation phone line and outbound calls as necessary
Complete tasks on assigned accounts in a timely manner to avoid losses and adhere to service level expectations
Complete scheduled and ad hoc projects including but not limited to the following: lien verifications, originator backouts, unwinds, and unperfected titles
Proficient in the support of Document Control Coordinator job functions as required

Responsibilities of the Job (Or Better Known as, Your Next Destination)
This position involves all aspects of the impounds process to arrive at a decision to determine the customer has obtained the vehicle from impound, secure the unit from an impound/repair facility, or abandon the vehicle due to negative returns at auction. Negotiations in this role with the impound/repair facilities is integral to the business to ensure securing the highest value of the vehicle when sold at auction to optimize profitability.
Conduct phone and/or email conversations directly with impound facilities to gather necessary impound information and negotiate impounds fees when applicable
Determine whether we should secure or abandon vehicle interested based on defined business criteria (vehicle condition, fees, and profitability)
Complete legally required, state-specific impound packets to secure vehicles from impound yards
Consistently collaborate with recovery agents and/or impound facilities to efficiently recovery assets upon assignment
Document information about location of vehicles, reason for impound, and total fees owed to secure vehicles
Negotiate with the impound facilities on the fees owed to ensure we can secure as many impounded units as possible
Assign collateral for recovery, utilizing an approved vendor and ensuring customer account is documented accordingly
When necessary, collaborate with recovery agents and/or impound facilities to resolve issues with vehicle recovery attempts
Document and route accounts to abandon queues if the vehicle was determined not to be worth repossession
Conduct follow up conversations with impound facilities over abandoned vehicle to confirm vehicle location and/or renegotiate on fees
Assist other departments with inquires related to the impounds process
Complete tasks on assigned accounts in a timely manner to avoid lien losses and adhere to SLA's
Ensure all types of impound notices received are properly documented in all systems
Ensure all impounded accounts are properly routed to collection queues
Utilize approved databases, tools, and internet searches to confirm vehicle impound status
Assist impound coordinators with the input and tracking of impound notices

H&M Fashion USA, Inc. - Maki Assessment Tool:
We use an online assessment tool called Maki for skills-based selection of applicants for sales advisor positions within some of our stores. Maki is not an automated decision-making tool. Rather, it is a tool that uses an AI-created avatar to present to you a set of multiple-choice questions. These questions are prepared by the H&M hiring team to assess candidates' ability to perform the duties of the position for which they are applying. The assessment calculates your total score based on predefined point values provided by our H&M team. The hiring team will review your whole application, including your assessment score, to decide whether to advance each candidate to the next stage. Doing the assessment is optional. If you choose to complete the assessment, your score will be one factor that the hiring team considers.
If you have any difficulties or concerns with the online assessment method, you can request an alternative method of assessment by contacting recruitment_**************. Choosing an alternative method will not affect your chances of being considered for the position, nor does any assessment method provide an advantage or disadvantage in the selection process. You will have the opportunity to provide optional feedback immediately after the assessment and you may always ask questions.
