There’s a lot of favoritism at this company!! If you know “how to talk and play the game” you will make it! There’s managers and non managers doing dirty/dishonest things on a daily basis but if you know somebody in Corporate... it’s all good! They will forgive and forget your dirt!!! Oh but if you are “out of the circle” good luck to you! Another thing that I didn’t like is how LOW the quality standards are... I’d be embarrassed to showcase most vehicles! The DT standards are the lowest in the car industry!!
As a manager you get to borrow what they call “driver” which is any car from the lot, you can rotate every 3 days! Any maker and model !!!
They allow you to manage your time (micromanage only comes up when your #s are not where they need to be at)

Great people who are talented, smart and care about each other
