Prior to returning to eBay, Jamie spent six years with Walmart as COO of Walmart eCommerce, CEO of SamsClub.com and EVP of Membership & Technology where he helped lead to record-high ecommerce growth and launch the Sam’s Club Scan & Go, Ask Sam, Sam’s Club Now and Club Pickup technologies. During his four years with Barnes & Noble as President, Digital Products, Jamie helped grow Barnes & Noble and Nook Media from a 0% market share of the e-book industry to a 25% share.

Josh Silverman is Etsy's Chief Executive Officer, leading the company as it builds a platform that empowers creative entrepreneurs around the world. He is also a member of Etsy's board of directors. Josh's two decades of leadership experience include growing consumer technology companies and scaling global marketplaces. He previously served as President of Consumer Products and Services at American Express, CEO of Skype, and CEO of shopping.com, and he held various executive roles at eBay. Earlier in his career, Josh co-founded Evite, Inc. where he also served as the company's CEO. He is currently on the board of directors of Shake Shack. Josh has a deep commitment to community and civic engagement. He currently serves as Chairman of Code Nation, a non-profit that equips students in under-resourced schools with both fundamental coding skills and professional experiences. Prior to the merger with Seamless North America LLC, Matt served as CEO of GrubHub Inc., a company he co-founded in 2004. He led the company through five rounds of investment funding, the acquisition of DotMenu and the 2012 launch of OrderHub. Matt currently serves as an advisory board member for The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship, is a member of ChicagoNEXT, an organization dedicated to driving growth and opportunity in the Chicago business community, and serves on the board of directors of Merge Healthcare Incorporated (Nasdaq: MRGE). He was named one of the top 50 business people of 2014 by Fortune Magazine, and is the 2012 Built in Chicago Moxie Award winner for CEO of the Year and a regular contributor to The Wall Street Journal’s The Accelerators blog. Matt holds a B.S. in physiology from Michigan State University and an MBA and MSCS from the University of Chicago.

Jeremy Stoppelman (born November 10, 1977) is an American business executive. He is the CEO of Yelp, which he co-founded in 2004. Stoppelman obtained a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign in 1999. After briefly working for @Home Network, he worked at X.com and later became the VP of Engineering after the company was renamed PayPal. Stoppelman left PayPal to attend Harvard Business School. During a summer internship at MRL Ventures, he and others came up with the idea for Yelp Inc. He turned down an acquisition offer by Google and took the company public in 2012.
