What You'll Do Conduct inspections for Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in residential and commercial structures. What You'll Bring Required : Active BIN # (Building Inspector Number) issued by the State of Florida. Certification and experience in at least one of the following trades: Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing OR Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Structural Engineering or MEP Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) AND a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of applicable codes (Florida Building Code, NFPA-70, Plumbing/Mechanical Codes). We are seeking a Temporary Quality Associate to work with one of our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards. Using microscopes and other precision tools, you will identify defects and discrepancies in products. This is a temporary position with a pay rate of $18/hour during 40 hour training week.
