Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Eight or more years of relevant experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or comparable discipline is preferred

Summary

Analyze, plan and understand the company's financial position, support, baseline planning, and actual cost verification, preparation of Estimates at Completion (EAC), variance analysis, workforce projections, revenue and profit forecasting. Provide general support to the Program Manager/Program Team with business and financial analysis, and financial reports for Site Management.

Primary Essential Accountabilities

* Provide support of the Financial Program Analysis management functions to the department
* Understand the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the Strategic Guide Plan process and help prepare program bookings, revenue, operating profit, investment and cash flow data
* Understand how job costs are collected and billed on all contract types
* Obtain agreement on previously determined goals and objectives through negotiation, persuasion and advocacy

Qualifications

* Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures

+ Serve as the primary interface with the customer on all matters involving contract execution. Coordinate with other departments on resolution of contractual problems with the customer.
