Job Description
THE NICHOLAS
Weekend hours: Saturdays 10AM - 5PM
Responsible for the leasing of all apartments including, but not limited to, prospective resident phone calls; performance of miscellaneous clerical duties; support for office personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident request promptly and courteously and to help resolve resident issues.
• Be aware of company and community policies and be able to explain them to residents and potential residents.
• Have a comprehensive working knowledge of all lease related documents and be able to accurately complete the documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with Drucker + Falk Company policy.
• Enter the computer data relative to residents and potential residents in accordance with company policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention/renewal program in order to achieve optimum increases and conversion ratios.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure market ready status.
• Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations.
• Be aware of the rent levels and amenities of competitive communities.
• Be aware of all community and area facts and statistics.
• Assist in preparing the competitive market survey report as needed.
• Greet new residents and assist with the move-in process.
• Verify application data.
• Qualify potential residents.
• Show the model and available ready vacancies.
• Participate in the coordination of community sponsored events.
• Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through the company in-house training program.
• Travel may be required. Reasonable or limited use of your vehicle may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional weekend hours may be required.

What Youll Do
Opening and closing the community according to the provided checklist
Walking the tour path and models daily
Answering leasing leads, follow up and responding to resident contacts
Touring and leasing apartments to prospective residents
Maintain an outstanding resident rapport through planning community events, preparing/distributing the newsletter and creating a sense of community
Conduct a thorough and accurate market survey
Assist residents with submitting service requests and handling resident conflict or issues
Assist with weekly leasing reports and providing market survey information to the competitors
Assist in the renewal process to retain existing residents
Perform outreach marketing calls and visits
Manage social media accounts and post according to the brand guidelines
Walk vacant units, grounds, amenities, and buildings as required
Complete leasing paperwork required for move ins and send applicable professional communication and letters as needed
Participate in local chamber, apartment association or other activities representing NorthPoint
Embed yourself into the community for networking opportunities and vendor partnerships

Who You Are
High school diploma, GED or related experience and/ or training

Job Description
DRUCKER + FALK
Weekend hours: Saturdays 9AM - 5PM required
Responsible for the leasing of all apartments including, but not limited to, prospective resident phone calls; performance of miscellaneous clerical duties; support for office personnel.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level possible, while maintaining a strong customer service/satisfaction philosophy.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond to resident request promptly and courteously and to help resolve resident issues.
• Be aware of company and community policies and be able to explain them to residents and potential residents.
• Have a comprehensive working knowledge of all lease related documents and be able to accurately complete the documents in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate resident files in accordance with Drucker + Falk Company policy.
• Enter the computer data relative to residents and potential residents in accordance with company policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a resident retention/renewal program in order to achieve optimum increases and conversion ratios.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure market ready status.
• Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations.
• Be aware of the rent levels and amenities of competitive communities.
• Be aware of all community and area facts and statistics.
• Assist in preparing the competitive market survey report as needed.
• Greet new residents and assist with the move-in process.
• Verify application data.
• Qualify potential residents.
• Show the model and available ready vacancies.
• Participate in the coordination of community sponsored events.
• Become certified as a Leasing Specialist through the company in-house training program.
• Travel may be required. Reasonable or limited use of your vehicle may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional weekend hours may be required.
