Cons of working at Drury Hotels

Disrespectful supervisors and co workers. It's a toxic work place. Lies, manipulation, and sabotage because you are not like them. A lack of professionalism and maturity from the staff.

I didn't really. I talked with the person interviewing me over the phone about my experience related to the job and then went into the interview the next day.

How would you improve Drury Hotels's culture?

Have more confident and professional leadership who genuinely cares for their staff as a professional and a person. Who wants to help their staff be better professionally and personally.

I don't know about the leadership and CEO. I've never met them

I don't know. This is my first time working in the hospitality industry

Given multiple days off and sometimes you work off clock. Dont think it happens everywhere but it does in south texas.
