Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels, both verbally and in writing. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems. Ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds, offering a personalized service experience. Critical thinking and prioritization skills, with an impeccable eye for detail.
