What you will do:
Maintain safe and smooth-running physical hotel property and grounds.
Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of systems such as plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC
Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair
Implement and monitor programs to ensure a safe facility and work environment in compliance with all appropriate regulations: ergonomic, emergency response and injury prevention
Keep detailed records and reports
Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members
Collaborate with management to recruit for department needs
Contribute to an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous and friendly guest service

Advanced maintenance knowledge and skills, with ability to handle all aspects of hotel maintenance
Ability to complete partial or full dismantling of equipment to repair or replace defective components and restore functionality
Knowledge of water chemistry, water testing, filtration, and mechanical operations for pool maintenance
Experience in implementing and monitoring preventative maintenance programs to ensure a safe and well-maintained hotel
Knowledge of building maintenance, including minor electrical repair and plumbing
Ability to speak, write and receive direction (written and verbal direction) in English
Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery faults using appropriate testing methods
Flexibility to be available for emergency repair

The site uses a High Performance Teams structure to execute on the foundational principles of Total Productive Maintenance and Lean Manufacturing. Each associate at the Spartanburg site is accountable to a functional business unit and to the overall site operation.
As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will work with internal and external teams to execute varied maintenance, capital, and continuous improvement plans with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of automated electrical and mechanical systems is key to your success in this role.
In this team-based environment, you will be looked upon to train, mentor, and guide the work of less experienced technicians within your group.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute predefined maintenance and continuous improvement plans.
Identify gaps, breakdowns, and opportunities in equipment and integrated factory systems.
Drive maintenance and process improvements to implementation or resolution.
Identify, plan, and execute work to troubleshoot, repair, modify, or install complex manufacturing equipment and systems.
Work with Stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend or develop plans and designs to fulfill.
Assist other technicians and technical teams as priorities dictate, time allows, or as directed.
Complete or assist with special projects and/or other duties as directed.
Comply with regulatory, Keurig Dr Pepper departmental policies, procedures, and standards with special focus on Safety and Quality.

Production Technician II - Williamson, NY
The Production Technician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. Production Technician II - Williamson, NY
The ProductionTechnician is responsible for the complete operation and changeover of assigned machines within PhD and all other associated work. Restaurant Team Member
Reports To: Restaurant Manager
A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Responsibilities Include:
Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
Follow food safety standards
Prepare food and beverages
Assemble and package orders and serve to guests
Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Clean equipment and guest areas
Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation
Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable)
Follow speed of service standards
Serve and communicate with guests
Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Job Description
The Slot Utility Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service to both internal and external guests while creating
Magical and Memorable Moments
. The Slot Utility Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on slot machines and other related equipment.
Qualifications
Maintains a positive attitude at all times while supporting the policies of Senior Management of the Casino as well as Senior Management of Ameristar Casino Resort Spa St. Charles.
Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards; show commitment to Team objectives; be aware of Guest Satisfaction scores and work to achieve these goals as a team. Show interest in staying well informed about the department and the property.
Follows a designated EGD machine cleaning program and ensures all machines are cleaned and maintained per designated schedule.
Effectively communicates status of EGD's or other related gaming equipment with on-coming and out-going shifts, as well as immediate supervisor.
Assist casino guests with general questions concerning Ameristar Casino Resort - St. Charles; while also creating Magical and Memorable Moments.
Performs other duties as assigned by department leader.

What you will do:
Maintain safe and smooth-running physical hotel property and grounds.
Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.
Complete repairs on a variety of systems such as plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, light carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
Develop, implement, and monitor programs to ensure a safe facility and work environment in compliance with all appropriate regulations: ergonomic, emergency response, and injury prevention.
Keep detailed records and reports.
Provide ongoing training to Maintenance Tech I team members.
Collaborate with management to recruit, interview, and schedule for department needs.
