Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities Serve as a frontline representative for customer service issues related to bookings, applying sound judgment and company policies to maintain service quality. Provide necessary backup and support for inbound telephone sales within the call center environment, ensuring continuity of service during peak periods or staff shortages. Call compliance monitoring in Revinate phone system.
