Dabbling in technology for more than 20 years, I have worked mostly on storage and database technologies. My current areas of interest are cloud storage and machine learning for unstructured data. I am a strong believer in bringing technology to solutions and am passionate about building engineering teams that deliver end-to-end solutions. Favorite pass-time is philosophizing on software development.

Mahesh has over 14 years of experience in financial leadership and infrastructure development at high growth companies. He joined Druva from RingCentral where he was the VP Corporate Controller and Treasurer and was instrumental in the company’s 2013 IPO. Prior to this Mahesh was the VP Corporate Controller at Intematix and served in various leadership roles at Atheros Communications, building the company’s financial infrastructure and supporting revenue growth from $100M to $1.2B through its acquisition by Qualcomm.

Thomas has helped businesses transform with data and technology for more than 20 years, in sales and marketing leadership roles at Sybase (acquired by SAP), TIBCO, and Druva. When he led marketing at TIBCO, Thomas grew the $1B+ company's awareness and increased the marketing team's contribution to revenue via targeted, engaging, and personalized digital experiences. At Druva, he shaped the marketing team and strategy that established the company as the leader of SaaS data protection,

Thomas has a Master's Degree in Physics from Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis.

Drew brings a passion for helping companies scale global operations, success implementing robust security protocols, and more than 20 years of experience to Druva. At Druva, Drew focuses his time on efficient operations processes, identifying security risk and leading the technical operations functions. Prior to joining Druva, he was the global CSO and CIO at Qubole, where he led the company in achieving SOC2 Type II, ISO-27001 and HIPAA compliance, while also helping the company grow revenue by more than 5X, significantly reduced costs across all operational areas and achieved a number of significant milestones with customers and partners.

Drew has co-authored two books on the topics of networking, security and the domain name service, and also works within the international community as a non-profit board member and advisor for organizations whose mission is to develop the next generation of technology professionals.
