As a University Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will execute the entire university recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that every candidate, from first contact to final offer, experiences a seamless, engaging, and professional process. You will be responsible for crafting an outstanding candidate journey, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and continuously thinking ahead to develop new, innovative approaches to attract top STEM talent from universities around the globe. As the Lower Environments Team Lead, you will take ownership of the stability, reliability and production parity of non-production environments. You will work closely with development, QA, release management and production operations teams to make sure these environments match production closely, stay available and support high-quality releases. You will lead a support team, reduce outages, and create systems and processes that engineers, testers and stakeholders can trust while fostering a collaborative culture. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related STEM field 7+ years of experience managing and troubleshooting Linux-based environments. Experience with scripting / automation (Python, Java, or JavaScript) Demonstrated knowledge of network communications, including use of multicast networking Prior experience in a leadership, team lead, or supervisory capacity Proven record of implementing operational best practices in Dev and UAT settings Experience with incident response and root cause analysis Ability to coordinate multiple priorities under time pressure Excellent written and verbal stakeholder communication skills Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell) for basic automation tasks Competence in a broad range of technologies, spanning cloud platforms, containerization, monitoring/alerting systems, and distributed messaging platforms (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, RabbitMQ) Prior experience supporting electronic trading systems preferred.
