The General Laborer will assist skilled tradespeople in their duties while performing basic construction-related tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Adhere to Company Safety procedures and policies.
Work in varied weather and site conditions.
Understand basic math and ability to read a tape measure.
Perform other basic construction related tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED.
Good mechanical skill set, such as: working with hands, tools, climbing, good sense of balance, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc.
Work on roofs, ascend and descend ladders safely.
Must have regular, reliable attendance record.
Arrange own transportation to office or job site (as specified by your supervisor).
Motor Vehicle Report check and pre-employment drug screening.
