Our IS Procurement Analyst Team:

Our Technology Development Engineers Team:

Our Manager, Security Operation Center:
* Understand, evaluate, and respond to Security Incidents.
* Management of Cybersecurity operations, strategy, and engineering.
* Oversee the SOC's 24/7 monitoring and response operations, ensuring rapid identification and mitigation of security incidents.
* Lead initiatives to integrate AI, machine learning, and automation technologies into SOC workflows to enhance threat hunting, anomaly detection, alert prioritization, and incident response efficiency.
* Coordinate and lead incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
* Work with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) partner to monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts, ensuring accurate and timely incident detection.
* Manage a staff of Cybersecurity Professionals, hire and train new staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide leadership and coaching, including technical and personal development programs for team members.
* Responsible for driving execution of daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for statistical threats and KPIs.
* Provides the reporting, investigation, and resolution of data security incidents.
* Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are being created and followed by the team.
* Ensure audit trails, system logs and other monitoring data sources are reviewed periodically according to policies and compliance requirements.
* Manage production issues and incidents and participate in problem and change management forums.
* Recommend and coordinate the implementation of technical controls to support and enforce defined security policies.

Education and Experience Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent combination of education/experience. Six to Eight years of active SOC-related roles is required, with at least three to five years in a Leadership role with direct reports preferred.

Our Payroll Team:
Ensures payroll data for North America is accurately maintained in the Ulti-Pro and Kronos systems by reviewing Payroll Change Forms and correctly entering data (for new hires, changes, and terminations including rate changes, standing deductions, leaves, etc.) and by auditing data entry for accuracy (including developing and running audit spreadsheets). Audits Kronos timesheets for accuracy and ensures any necessary corrections/adjustments are accurately processed. Also, reviews and audits car allowance and commission data prior to upload to ensure accurate monthly payments.
Produces a variety of spreadsheets to ensure the accurate updating and balancing of payroll (e.g. 401(k) loan schedules, benefit deduction/billing balancing, production of journal entries, etc.). Also, develops spreadsheets used for management reporting (e.g. Strength Report).
Performs all payroll related functions including running checks, completing payroll in a timely and accurate manner, sending funds to JP Morgan Chase, sending 401(k) to Fidelity, completing tax reporting and providing excellent customer service to employees by resolving any questions or issues that may arise.
Provides any needed assistance to Payroll Manager (e.g. assisting with taxes, mail outs, etc.) and performs special projects as requested by Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required. One to three years of related payroll experience is required. Direct experience working with Ulti-Pro and Kronos Dimensions software system an added plus.
