You meet some cool people and sometimes you get to work alone.
Upper-management have their favorites and they will let them do anything that they want to. Two specific employees target other employees and management does nothing. I have seen these two employees target people first hand, I've heard one of them use a derogatory word, they have blatantly lied about things and I reported them and nothing happened to them. They are still there in a sort of position of power. I have proof of everything and I'll definitely be taking my concerns to someone higher than management and HR. Upper-management also has certain people personal phone number and they text them about non work related things, which is crossing a line because we have an app that can be used to contact employees if they need to be contacted. There's only one manager there that will do what he say he's going to do and he works 3rd shift. At this point I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone.

I don't know the CEO, never met them.
I would start by getting rid of management that doesn't know what boundaries are.
What interview?
For the work we do it's decent. They do also offer raises so that's good.
I don't see much diversity when it comes to management.
