Communicate with Branch management regarding all issues, scheduling, staffing and record keeping that are related to client. Following post instructions specific to the client. Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct and report any hazards.
Job responsibilities are to maintain visibility to ensure safety and deter unacceptable activities. Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements. Have a good understanding and following DSI's Code of Ethics and Employee Standard. Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI's safety manual. Attend and continue to receive security officer training as required by Client or DSI's training program. Present oneself in a professional manner through appearance and conduct.
Position requirements are to be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license. Have a reliable means of transportation and communication. Pass all required background and drug screenings. Be customer service oriented. Intermediate computer skills. Effective written and oral communication skills. Be able to perform routine foot patrol and do moderate lifting.

Reporting to the Manager of Payroll, this role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) within the payroll team, handling escalations, supporting process improvements, and mentoring junior team members. The Senior Payroll Specialist collaborates with HR, finance, and operations to ensure data integrity, resolve payroll issues, and contribute to payroll system enhancements.
Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)
Process and review end-to-end payroll cycles, including regular, off-cycle, and bonus payrolls across multiple states
Ensure compliance with all payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies
Handle complex payroll transactions, audits, and reconciliations
Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll escalations and advanced inquiries
Support payroll system updates, testing, and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate team member data and timely payroll adjustments
Assist with year-end reporting including W-2s. tax filings, and audits
Mentor and provide guidance to Payroll Specialists and Payroll Assistants

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field required
CPP or FPC certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience in a multi-state environment
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and wage/hour laws
Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In-depth knowledge of payroll practices and compliance requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to mentor junior team members and support a high-performing payroll function

Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain a variety of Park facilities including irrigations systems, sinks, storm drains, underground, water lines, piping, quick couplers, valves, compressed air lines, sanitary sewer, natural gas lines, bathroom fixtures, restaurant fixtures, misters, pumps, garbage disposals, etc.
Make daily rounds of all restroom facilities. Make needed repairs to toilets and sinks. Unclog toilets as needed.
Perform general maintenance on pumps and motors.
Work assignments will include ditch digging, trouble shooting, shop and area clean up, driving company vehicles and equipment, special work for promotional events.
Install new fixtures and fabricate items as necessary. Cut and prepare pipe for new usages.
Service the back flow preventers.
Cross trained in minimal diagnostic coverage of kitchen and HVAC equipment.
