Sales Development Representative - Enterprise
Duco 3.9
Duco job in New York, NY or remote
Job Description
About Us
Duco is on a mission to reduce the time spent on data-related work by 90%. Our enterprise data automation platform empowers teams to work more efficiently and meaningfully by giving them the ability to automate data controls with the latest technology, such as no-code, the cloud, and AI.
We help firms to start trusting their data, by giving them one intuitive platform to automate the front-to-back processing of all kinds of data (from structured Excels and RTFs to unstructured PDFs and emails). This eliminates the boring manual work across the data lifecycle and enables firms to act faster, work smarter, save money, reduce risk and comply with regulatory requirements.
We're headquartered in London and have offices in New York, Wroclaw, Singapore, and Antwerp. We're proud to call some of the largest global financial institutions our clients, including over 15 of the world's largest international banks, as well as brokers, exchanges, asset managers, hedge funds, administrators, service providers and corporates.
The Role:
At Duco we've created a new role that sits right in the space between Marketing and Sales. With the drive and ambition of a salesperson, mixed with the strategic positioning, messaging and targeting of a marketer, you will create opportunities from inbound enquiries, increase engagement with our core customers at events, and drive additional demand from our marketing campaigns. An exciting, fast-paced role, you will be focussed on getting results from a group of around 800 target accounts, and your success will have a tangible impact on Duco's bottom line.
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify key decision-makers at target accounts, then devise outreach strategies to engage with them and drive demand, including via email, cold calling, LinkedIn messages, direct mail, etc.
Conduct high level conversations with those decision makers, leveraging thought leadership, use cases, case studies and other marketing assets, with the end goal of booking an initial meeting
Take ownership of all inbound enquiries, sending high intent leads directly to sales, while nurturing low/medium intent leads. A key part of the role will be creating and executing relevant, highly-personalised nurturing programmes to increase lead conversion rates
Drive engagement at events, including trade shows, webinars and in-person events we host ourselves. Work with the executive team and sales team to identify key contacts, book meetings, and send consistent, high-quality communication before, during and after the event.
Meticulously log all activity, contact and account information in Salesforce, so we can see what's working and what needs tweaking
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities within our target market of around 800 accounts
Ideally, you'll have:
3 years previous experience in a B2B sales or marketing role
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: this role is about connecting with senior leaders and getting them to meet with us, ensuring you are always succinct and clear in all communication
Intrinsic drive to be successful: you will take the initiative to learn about our products and connect with the product and sales organisations to understand how Duco can best help our customers
A strategic outlook: this role isn't about firing off thousands of identical emails then getting blocked. It's about carefully considering the audience and your messaging, then forging trust and providing value over the long term
Resilience in spades: you won't get through on the first try, prepare to be knocked back and keep trying!
A growth mindset: can you keep testing and tweaking to continuously improve? Today's tactics might not work tomorrow
A teamwork ethos: you will work closely with colleagues in the sales and marketing teams to get the best results for the company, not just taking shortcuts to boost your own results
Bonus points if you also have:
Experience working in financial services and/or enterprise marketing/sales
Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce or similar CRM
Benefits:
An annual base salary between $60,000 and $80,000 based on experience and qualifications
Competitive Performance-based Bonus based on clear metrics
Healthcare Insurance and all ancllaries with one fully-paid HDHP option
401(k) Retirement Plan with competitive company match, fully vested
Unlimited annual holiday, because we trust our people to manage their own time off

4 Volunteering days off
Hybrid working policy (3 days per week in office)
Home working allowance
Personal learning and development opportunities

Data Platform Engineer
Radar 3.8
New York, NY job
Radar is the global leader in geolocation, with geofencing SDKs, maps APIs, and AI-enabled solutions for marketing, fraud, and operations teams.
Why is Radar the best place to work?
We're trusted by some of the world's best companies, from high-growth startups to the Fortune 500.
We have incredible scale: We're processing over 1 billion API calls per day from hundreds of millions of devices.
We're well-resourced, and we've raised $85.5M from world-class investors, including Accel and Insight Partners.
We have a high-performance culture, with ambitious and entrepreneurial teammates in every role.
We recently moved into an amazing new office in Flatiron, Manhattan, NYC.
We were recently named a top 10 best place to work in NYC by Crain's.
Despite our growth and scale, we're still just getting started. That's where you come in.
About the role
We're looking for a Data Platform Engineer to build out the next generation of our data platform . The ideal candidate has been a data platform engineer on a large system and is energized by deeply understanding customer pain points and opportunities related to our data platform. To date this has been a shared responsibility on our engineering team, but as we've grown to over 1 billion API calls per day (with lots of data exhaust into our data lake), we're hiring a Data Platform Engineering team to modernize and level up our data stack. This role can be either in our NYC HQ or remote in the US.
How we work:
Most of our engineering team are former technical co-founders or former Radar interns from schools like Waterloo and CMU. Most engineers at Radar fit one of two molds, technically: either Staff level expertise in one stack, or "Multi-Stack" at any level. We say "Multi-Stack" because "Full-Stack" has the connotation of "Frontend and Backend", but Radar Engineers might also work on Mobile or Data engineering. Not that you need to be an expert in all of those, but a desire to learn, jump around to different stacks, and get things done is the important part.
We care a lot about shipping fast and talking to customers. We're committed to our product vision of full-stack location infrastructure, but we also know that customer feedback is a treasure map to gold. Even though Slack is the brain of our company, working together in-person in our NYC HQ is the fastest way for us to get things done. We meet on Mondays to plan out work for the week in small groups and use Linear for planning. All projects are run by an Engineering lead, an executive and a Go-to-Market lead. Engineers figure out what to build, talk to customers, talk to prospects, help close them, get them live and make them successful.
One of our most important company values is "Walk a mile," as in walking a mile in the customer's shoes, but also as in literally walking a mile, getting up from your desk and developing a deep understanding of how location services behave in the real world. To us, a week is a long time, and we expect to ship big things every week.
The stack:
Our data stack includes Kinesis, S3, Athena, Terraform, Airflow, Parquet, Metabase, Python, Redis, MongoDB, and Kubernetes.
Our primary languages are TypeScript, Rust, and Python.
Most engineers are in the on-call rotation.
We sponsor OpenStreetMaps, MapLibre, and OpenAddresses.
How we use AI:
Engineers choose what AI tools they use, Claude and Cursor being the two most popular.
All code changes are reviewed by an Engineer knowledgeable in that area. Cursor and CoPilot also review all PRs.
There is a range of how much engineers use AI. Some use it heavily, others less so.
We are excited about what AI can do, but we also recognize the risks and don't compromise our coding standards.
The hiring process:
After a call with our Technical Recruiter, you'll do several technical Zoom calls with members of our engineering team: code screen, coding round, and system design round. If those go well we'll invite you to our NYC HQ for a final round interview. You'll meet one of our co-founders, someone from outside engineering, and meet more people from Radar. We'll go into more depth about how we work to see if there is a match.
What you'll do:
Work on core Radar data infrastructure built with Kinesis, S3, Athena, Terraform, Airflow, Parquet, Metabase, Python, Redis, and Mongo (some of these need to be replaced - you'll help figure out what that looks like)
Improve our current data platform via incremental improvements and deploying next generation infra to level up our stack.
Talk to Radar customers and prospects, hear their feedback, incorporate it into your work and make them successful
You should:
Have experience building data infrastructure
Besides experience with some of our current data stack, have experience with several of Snowflake, Clickhouse, Databricks, Dynamo and dbt or similar tools
Are interested in talking to customers or prospects and making them successful
Are deeply curious about how things work, and have the tenacity to sit with hard problems and power through them
Bonus points if you:
Are a former technical co-founder
Have experience building end-to-end customer facing analytics, real-time streaming solutions, leveraging cold and hot storage to achieve product goals
You'll work with:
Tim Julien, CTO
Our customers and prospects
Our Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales teams
What we offer:
Competitive salary
Meaningful stock options in a fast-growing company
401(k) plan with 4% match
New HQ in Flatiron, NYC
Top-notch equipment
Catered lunches
Unlimited PTO
Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for employees
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Commuter and fitness benefits
Compensation:
For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this full-time position is between $150,000 - $250,000/year with an opportunity for performance bonuses and incentives.
In addition to cash compensation, Radar offers full-time employees stock option grants under its equity plan. This is a meaningful ownership stake in the company we provide to our employees as we build a category-defining company.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Your exact offer may vary based on market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.

We're looking for Product Engineers to build features across backend, frontend, and mobile. Our daily traffic is 1 Billion API calls / day (15,000 requests / second) so you will be operating at scale. This role can either be in our NYC HQ or remote in the US.
The stack:
The API layer is a Node.js TypeScript app.
Our main backend service is a geospatial database written in Rust that we call HorizonDB.
We use MongoDB, S3/Athena, Redis, and Airflow.
Everything is deployed to AWS via Kubernetes on EKS using Terraform .
Our mobile stack includes Kotlin, Objective-C, and Swift. We also have thin cross-platform SDK wrappers for React Native, Flutter, Capacitor, and few others.
The frontend is React and Next.js deployed to Vercel.
Work on core Radar products using TypeScript, Rust, React, and Objective-C/Kotlin/etc
Work on full-stack features across the backend, frontend and mobile
Embody our "Walk a mile" value by walking around to QA and debug the Radar features
Have your work power 1 Billion API calls / day
Talk to Radar customers and prospects, hear their feedback, incorporate it into your work and make them successful
You should:
Think of yourself as a generalist engineer first, not tied to any particular stack
Are interested in talking to customers or prospects and making them successful
Are deeply curious about how things work, and have the tenacity to sit with hard problems and power through them
Bonus points if you:
Are a former technical co-founder
Have worked on a high throughput, high growth SaaS application
Have worked on geospatial infrastructure
You'll work with:
Nick Patrick, Co-Founder and CEO
Tim Julien, CTO
Our customers and prospects
Our Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Sales teams
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation package, stock option grants, and a 401(k) plan with 4% employer match
Medical, dental, and vision plans with 100% premiums covered, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), and more
Unlimited PTO
Fully stocked kitchen and weekly catered breakfast/lunch at our NYC office
CitiBike and Wellhub (Gympass) memberships
Monthly happy hours and team events
Benefits offering details will be provided if a candidate receives an offer. Benefits may also vary by location.

Sales Development Representative - Enterprise
Duco 3.9
Duco job in New York, NY or remote
The Role: At Duco we've created a new role that sits right in the space between Marketing and Sales.
* Identify key decision-makers at target accounts, then devise outreach strategies to engage with them and drive demand, including via email, cold calling, LinkedIn messages, direct mail, etc.
* Conduct high level conversations with those decision makers, leveraging thought leadership, use cases, case studies and other marketing assets, with the end goal of booking an initial meeting
* Take ownership of all inbound enquiries, sending high intent leads directly to sales, while nurturing low/medium intent leads. A key part of the role will be creating and executing relevant, highly-personalised nurturing programmes to increase lead conversion rates
* Drive engagement at events, including trade shows, webinars and in-person events we host ourselves. Work with the executive team and sales team to identify key contacts, book meetings, and send consistent, high-quality communication before, during and after the event.
* Meticulously log all activity, contact and account information in Salesforce, so we can see what's working and what needs tweaking
* Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities within our target market of around 800 accounts
Ideally, you'll have:
* 3 years previous experience in a B2B sales or marketing role
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: this role is about connecting with senior leaders and getting them to meet with us, ensuring you are always succinct and clear in all communication
* Intrinsic drive to be successful: you will take the initiative to learn about our products and connect with the product and sales organisations to understand how Duco can best help our customers
* A strategic outlook: this role isn't about firing off thousands of identical emails then getting blocked. It's about carefully considering the audience and your messaging, then forging trust and providing value over the long term
* Resilience in spades: you won't get through on the first try, prepare to be knocked back and keep trying!
* A growth mindset: can you keep testing and tweaking to continuously improve? Today's tactics might not work tomorrow
* A teamwork ethos: you will work closely with colleagues in the sales and marketing teams to get the best results for the company, not just taking shortcuts to boost your own results
Bonus points if you also have:
* Experience working in financial services and/or enterprise marketing/sales
* Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce or similar CRM
* Benefits:
* An annual base salary between $60,000 and $80,000 based on experience and qualifications
* Competitive Performance-based Bonus based on clear metrics
* Healthcare Insurance and all ancllaries with one fully-paid HDHP option
* 401(k) Retirement Plan with competitive company match, fully vested
* Unlimited annual holiday, because we trust our people to manage their own time off
* Enhanced family leave
* Employee Assistance Programme
* Commuter benefit
* 4 Volunteering days off
* Hybrid working policy (3 days per week in office)
* Home working allowance
* Personal learning and development opportunities
* Referral bonus if we hire someone great who you've recommended to us
* Spot Rewards

About the role
Radar is hiring a GTM Engineer to design and maintain scalable, automation-rich workflows that reduce friction, ensure data accuracy, and give our GTM teams more time to sell, market, and support customers.
This is a hands-on, systems-minded role for someone with experience in GTM tooling who can see both the big picture and the fine details. You'll partner across RevOps, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and CS to build processes that are force multipliers. You will report to our Director of GTM Operations.
This is an in-office opportunity based out of our headquarters in New York City. You'll be working from our New York office Monday-Thursday, with the opportunity to WFH on Fridays.
For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this full-time position is between $130,000 - $160,000/year.
What you'll do
Architect intelligent, AI-native systems that drive GTM efficiency end-to-end, such as lead enrichment and routing, automated outbound, opportunity management, renewal forecasting, billing workflows, and CS automation.
Integrate and evolve our GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, ChatGPT, Outreach, Zendesk, ZoomInfo, Gong, Webflow, etc.) into a cohesive, high-impact stack.
Create feedback loops from prospect and customer calls and signals to help our Sales teams speak our buyers' language.
Partner with stakeholders to identify operational pain points and implement streamlined workflows that remove manual effort.
Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies aligned to business needs and scalability.
Collaborate with RevOps to monitor CRM hygiene, define data governance standards, and ensure consistent process adherence across sales stages and customer lifecycle touchpoints.
Build reports and dashboards to track KPIs like meeting velocity, pipeline, response rates, conversion rates, churn mitigation, and pipeline forecasting
Who you are
2-4 years of experience in GTM, Systems Architecture, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or other technical GTM-facing roles
Experience with Salesforce and Clay
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, or similar)
Problem-solving mindset: you design systems, test hypotheses, iterate fast, and constantly monitor performance. You can design systems that scale, not just patch issues
Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new, popular GTM tools and methods
The ability to translate business problems into elegant, maintainable system solutions
Strong attention to detail and high standards for data quality and process consistency
Who you'll work with
Ciaran Ennis, Director of GTM Operations
