What's the role?
As a Field Service Technician, you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role in Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC. Show case your skills and experience by process enhancements focused on installation and servicing of custom equipment. You will interact with customers and cross functional service groups that support and launch ZEISS products into the field. Additionally, you will aid the R&D team with engineering work in relation to design, build, and new system testing. This position will also support the production of systems during various stages of assembly and setup.

Install, Repair, Troubleshoot, Service and Calibrate high tech machines at customer locations.

Demonstrate your ability to learn new skills on high tech CMM's (Coordinate Measuring Machines) utilizing mechanical and electronic aptitude.
Perform necessary administrative paperwork in a complete and accurate manner.

Travel requirement is 90-100% within the service area, including international travel as needed.

Do you qualify?
Minimum, High School graduate, completed GED or equivalent.
AS/BS in Electronics, Industrial Mechanics or training and experience from Military Technical School OR 4 years related experience is required.
Prior experience working with hand tools and basic electrical test equipment.
Microsoft operating system knowledge is required.
Capable of unassisted physical lift of one article weighing up to 75 pounds.
Able and willing to work minimum of 50 hours per work week. Regular + OT.
Ability to work in an industrial production shop floor environment.
Valid Driver License required.
Excellent communication and customer service aptitude.
Nice to haves:
Previous experience installing and troubleshooting industrial electronics, machines, or computer systems.
Previous CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) installation and troubleshooting experience is preferred however not required.

Summary: The Maintenance Technician can perform a wide variety of work to ensure that the facilities and equipment are maintained in a safe and effective working condition. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing work in all operational and Facilities areas, depending upon the immediate needs of the department. While Maintenance Technicians may have developed skills in one or more areas, all are expected to be able to perform general maintenance and repair in all areas of assignment, which may include equipment, motor and conveyor repair and maintenance as well as building maintenance including lighting, electrical and plumbing in any of the distribution centers.
Responsibilities
Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
Ability to use electrical diagnostic equipment (to include digital and analog meters, and amp meters for AC/DC testing).
Ability to work as a team member by interacting and communicating with co-workers and managers in a collaborative and constructive manner.
Works with Supervisor to mentor/develop team and Tech's in training.
Work with Vendors aligned to facilities.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to change load wheels on power equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair low and high voltage controls including fuses, relays, wiring.
Maintains building, equipment, shop and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition.

Document all work order activities to comply with MP2 requirements, providing documented records of the activities performed.
Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required.
Experience working in maintenance in a distribution center setting.
Building conveyor maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities
Wholesaler Management Planning and Execution
Build an Annual Business Plan that supports CBBD's National Priorities while setting volume, distribution and space growth goals along with agreement on wholesaler tactical funds and resource allocation
Identify market specific business development opportunities to grow Constellation share
Meet with wholesaler leadership at least monthly to review progress towards ABP goals, address gaps and create plans to close any gaps
Develop tactics for Monthly Business Objectives that support and help to achieve ABP goals
Conduct weekly meetings with Constellation Brand Manager to build reports, manage communication, build programming and generate ideas
Communicate all Retail Marketing Initiatives for cross-merchandising
Align with Field Marketing to help drive local marketing initiatives and uncover sponsorship opportunities
Partner with National Sales Organization, Regional Key Accounts and On Premise to provide support and ensure wholesaler execution for all retail programs
Develop relationships with key personnel at all levels and departments of the wholesaler
Direct and implement training and development initiatives for Wholesalers under management.
Supervise and monitor the allocation and use of all point-of-sale materials in accordance with budgeting and account/market objectives.
Operations
Monitor wholesaler inventories internally and externally, address any out-of-stock or at-risk inventory issues with wholesaler operations as well as CBBD Customer Logistics when necessary
Develop new item forecasts for any product innovation
Provide forecasting adjustments to Business Unit Ops Director
Trimester Planning
Develop Trimester plans in partnership with the area GM.
Develop mutually agreed upon volume and distribution goals for Wholesalers under management.
Determine programming, CTF, LMF (Local Marketing Funds) and Wholesaler Tactical expenditure levels.
Pricing
Conduct bi-annual pricing surveys in key independent off-premise retailers
Communicate all pricing and promotional calendars to wholesaler, and share wholesaler pricing with National Sales, Regional Key Account team and On Premise partners
Identify any competitive pricing activity and address with Business Unit Finance Manager
Identify market pricing opportunities and make recommendations including objectives for any change proposed.
Notify and gain commitment from Wholesalers once price changes have been approved.
Ensure target PTR/PTC's are executed.
Evaluate new product market-level pricing and determine go-forward approach.
CTF/ LMF Budgets
Develop CTF investment strategy at the Wholesaler Level by Sales Priority for the upcoming year.
Control, plan and balance multiple budgets including but not limited to Constellation Tactical Fund, Local Marketing Fund, Permanent and Thematic POS.
Monitor budget compliance and communicates regularly with Wholesalers.
New Products
In conjunction with Key Account, National Account and Wholesalers execute new product roll out plans.
Build bottoms up forecast levels working with National Accounts and Wholesalers.
Volume Driving Initiatives
Identify Wholesaler performance gaps to plan and recommend corrective actions.
Develop the tactics and resource plan for initiatives to ensure effective execution and communicate plan of action to all stakeholders.
For volume initiatives that already been launched, develop corrective actions where gaps exist and/or identify opportunities for improvement.
For volume initiative options under consideration, analyze, prioritize and make recommendations for GM consideration.
Gain commitment from the Wholesaler network to support the plan for each new initiative and ensure their cooperation throughout the timeframe for execution.
Supply Chain
Ensure Wholesalers maintain adequate product inventory levels and demonstrate proper inventory rotation.
Work with Wholesalers to prioritize supply chain issues related to code date/aging inventory problems and make recommendations to GM on most appropriate course of action.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience in the CPG business.
Minimum of 5 years of consumer product sales and sales management experience.
Computer literacy with the ability to use software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel at advanced level, and PowerPoint, and e-mail programs such as Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to utilize Business Information reporting tools such as Cognos 7/8 and sales reporting tools such as Retail Vision.
Ability to travel a minimum of 30% of his/her working time, including ability to drive up to 5 hrs.

The salary range for this role is:
$102,600.00 - $160,500.00

Registered Nurse Care Manager
SUMMARY: The RN Care Manager is responsible for assessing the care needs of participants, provides nursing and healthcare interventions, and evaluates outcomes of care of participants on an ongoing basis. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (IDT), develops plans of care to meet participants' needs. Delegates tasks to clinic, center, and homecare aides according to participant needs and care plans. Collaborates and communicates with the primary care provider, clinic staff, and other members of the IDT. Provides care to participants in the clinic, center, and participant homes as needed.
ESSESNTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high quality clinical care and serves as a member of the PACE interdisciplinary team (IDT).
Provide nursing care in the center, clinic, contracted facilities, and participants' homes according to each participant's plan of care. (NJ: in accordance with the State of New Jersey Nursing Practice Act, N.J.S.A. 45:11-23 et seq., as interpreted by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing, and written job descriptions. Services provided shall be documented in the participant's medical record).
Participate in 24/7 “on-call” process for triage of participants and their needs.
Assess, plan, and coordinate participants' home care services. Provide input to the IDT in developing home care plan interventions. The nursing care needs of the participant shall be assessed only by a registered professional nurse.
Monitor participants' acute and chronic care needs in all settings. Provide coordination and direct care as indicated to promote continued care in the community or promote optimal institutional care (Assisted Living, Nursing Home, Hospital, etc.) as needed.
Ensure timely follow-up by providers on specialist visits and will assist with obtaining specialist reports, facility documentation, and labs if needed.
Reconcile facility MARs for your assigned panel of participants monthly to ensure accuracy and medication adherence, notify provider of any discrepancies.
Notify participants of normal test results.
Complete timely and accurate nursing assessments in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
Implement nursing-related care plan interventions.
Teach participants, caregivers and families about self-care, medications, healthy lifestyles, infection control and safety to promote optimal health and safety.
Review and revises goals and approaches to participants' care in coordination with participant, family, caregiver and interdisciplinary team.
Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care for participants.
Develop and maintain positive relationships and communication with co-workers, participants and their families/significant others, and members of the community.
Participate in all interdisciplinary team meetings.
Assist the interdisciplinary team members in understanding the significant nursing, self-care and functional needs related to the participant's health problems.
Supports OT as aback up to performing the duties of Home Care Coordinator on the IDT as needed/when assigned. May perform the duties of other IDT members based on professional licensing, competencies, and experience as needed
Actively participates in utilization review meetings and quality improvement projects / meetings.
Evaluates the competence of CNAs and Home Care Aides and delegates tasks and duties to them as indicated.
Participates in family meetings, staff meetings, in-service and training and orientation programs as required.
Follows all PACE Program Policies and Procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines.
Protects privacy and maintains confidentiality of all company procedures and information about employees, participants and families.
Practices standard precautions and follows PACE Program Infection Control protocols.
Performs other duties as required or requested.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree preferred.
State RN License required
**NJ: Licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.
BLS required (have within90 days of employment).
1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred. If this is not present, training will be provided upon hiring (If applicable for the role).
