The Manager of Corporate Compliance will have day-to-day responsibility for developing, implementing and managing Ducommun's export compliance program, including compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARs). This role will also serve as Ducommun's Department of Defense (DoD) facility security officer (FSO) and manage our Foreign Corrupt Practices (FCPA) program, including the U.K. Bribery Act and other applicable anti-bribery prohibitions. This role will also manage Ducommun's System for Award Management (SAM) registrations for U.S. government contracting and (vii) Joint Certification Program(JCP) registrations for U.S. government contracting.
