Duties
Provide quality air duct cleaning and related services to customers Move and lift equipment Productively and safely move impediments in the home to prepare for duct cleaning Evaluate and discuss any services to be completed with the customer Ability to act as a consultant to customers for additional services and equipment as needed Follow NADCA standards Assist in the set-up and tear-down of equipment Clean up work area and account for all tools and equipment Make sure paperwork is properly filled out




Qualifications:
Ability to pass a background check High school diploma (or GED) Strong decision-making abilities Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings Dependable




Training:
F.H. Furr will provide all of the training required for this position




Compensation:
Paid hourly/weekly Base pay plus the ability to greatly increase income with accessory and add-on sales

Aire Serv is looking for experienced HVAC Duct Cleaners both team leaders and helpers to join our team. This is an opportunity for qualified Duct Cleaners to apply their skills and knowledge to clean & sanitize residential and light commercial HVAC duct systems.

Job Skills & Requirements

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to clean HVAC duct systems for homes and businesses.
• Ability to work with home and business owners in a professional manner.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of duct cleaning process, systems and operation.
• Must be able to pass full background check, drug screening and have a clean driving record.
• Valid drivers license.
• Minimum of 1 Year HVAC duct cleaning experience required.

Looking for helpers as well as Service Technicians.

Helpers:

+ Responsible for cleaning the air ducts and filters

+ Will be using hand tools

+ Will be lifting the ventilations systems

+ "Dirty" type work since this is the ventilation part of HVAC

+ No refrigeration or cooling

+ Will learn how to do wiring and installation of the units

+ Can be someone completely entry-level as long as they want to learn

+ responsible for cleaning air cleaning systems for manufacturing, hotel, and restaurants.

+ Must be self motivated, team player, ok getting dirty, and be presentable.

Overnight Helpers work a 4/10 Schedule (Start on Sunday Night, work anytime between 6pm to 6am)

Day Helper - Monday to Friday (Work anytime between 5am to 5pm)

Daytime pressure washer - this person will be working in the warehouse and clean the air filters (7am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday)
