General responsibilities include: * Provide regulatory compliance support for generating facilities and company operations * Serve as an environmental subject matter expert in assigned functions * Maintain current knowledge of environmental laws and regulations and technical aspects of assigned areas of responsibility * Evaluate and review literature, standards, and guidelines in assigned areas of responsibility to ensure company compliance and determine implications on company programs and facility operations Responsibilities * Studies related to NPDES permit and/or Clean Water Act regulatory compliance * Studies related to FERC hydroelectric project licensing and/or license compliance * Studies related to NRC licensing activities for existing and new nuclear generation * Special studies of fisheries, natural resource and/or water quality issues * Data analysis and report writing * Participation in industry and professional groups in assigned area of responsibility Basic/Required Qualifications Note: This posting is for one open position.
