Duke is very prejudice against white people. If you're not of color, then you don't get the job. I know someone who has been trying to get on for 3 years and applied for more than 300 jobs and hasn't gotten hired yet. However, some of those "of color" who are hired are trashy looking and wear unprofessional clothing to work. It's obvious that the only reason they got hired is because of their skin color.
