Minimum Qualifications The position requires education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, sociology, psychology, or related field, and a minimum of two years of work-related experience within the criminal justice or counseling field. Candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of intimate partner violence, cultural competency, and previous experience working within a domestic violence program or working directly with domestic violence defendants/offenders.
