Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain) - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions - Basic knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus but not required - Willingness to learn and grow in the construction equipment field - Reliable and professional demeanor Preferred Skills - Forklift certification or experience - Mechanical aptitude or interest in working toward a tech career - Able to work independently and with teams - Good communication and time management skills
