Job Description The Worship Leader is a paid part-time salaried position that provides leadership, care, and preparation for the music ministry at Tarpley Baptist Church. This includes Sunday Worship, Holiday Services, and other duties as assigned. This position requires a time commitment of approximately 10-20 hours per week. This position reports to the Pastor.
