Anthony Jabbour is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dun & Bradstreet, the global leader in commercial data, analytics, and insights for businesses. Anthony’s focus on growth and innovation are foundational to his strong track record of leading successful businesses throughout his career.

Anthony concurrently serves as CEO of Black Knight, Inc., a premier provider of integrated software, data, and analytics to the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Black Knight, Anthony was the Chief Operating Officer of FIS, a global leader in financial services technology, ranked as the number one fintech for the past several years.

Anthony joined FIS in 2004, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in operations and delivery services as a key member of the executive leadership team. During his tenure with FIS, Anthony consistently helped the company grow through a solid combination of organic growth, product expansion, market penetration, and strategic acquisitions.

Anthony began his career in IBM’s Global Services group, where he managed complex client relationships and projects, including the launch of a stand-alone internet bank for CIBC, a major Canadian financial institution. That achievement led him to join CIBC, where he built similar capabilities for the company’s US market.

Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto.

Bryan Hipsher is the Chief Financial Officer for Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics. In this role, Bryan is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including controllership, treasury, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and capital allocation strategy.

Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Bryan was Senior Vice President of Finance for Black Knight, Inc., a premier provider of integrated software, data and analytics to the mortgage industry. There, he served as the primary finance liaison for the company, responsible for controllership, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and corporate development.

Previously, Bryan was the Senior Vice President of Finance for Lender Processing Services (LPS).

Bryan earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and his MBA from Jacksonville University.

Joe Reinhardt is the Chief Legal Officer for Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics. In this role, Joe serves as principal legal counsel to the Company, its subsidiaries, senior management and the board of directors on a wide array of legal and regulatory issues.

Joe last served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Fidelity National Financial, where his 24 year career included management of a legal department with over 600 professionals and various leadership roles in operations. Before joining the Fidelity family of companies, Joe also worked with the national public accounting firm of Ernst & Young.

Joe has been elected as a fellow in both the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. He was also past chair of the Title Insurance Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from the University of Kansas and his JD from the University of Missouri School of Law in Kansas City.

Roslynn joined Dun & Bradstreet in 2014 as the leader of the company’s global leadership development practice, which includes designing and implementing programs for board-critical roles, executive programs and top 100 initiatives. Roslynn is a certified executive and leadership coach, with expertise and experience in change management and organizational effectiveness; her background in product management and operations also informs her role as a trusted and strategic business advisor.

Gary Kotovets is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics. In this role, Gary leads the company’s data and analytics strategy globally, and is responsible for enterprise data governance and exploring new digital and alternative data and analytics opportunities.

Before joining Dun & Bradstreet, Gary spent nearly two decades in leadership roles across Bloomberg L.P.’s data and exchange businesses. There, he was instrumental in turning Bloomberg Global Data’s Content & Entities Business Management group into a world-class operation that drives the growth and revenue of Bloomberg Financial Products.

Most recently, Gary was Global Head of Data Acquisition and Management where he led an international team responsible for all aspects of financial information management across all of Bloomberg’s businesses. Prior to this role, Gary was Global Head of Exchanges and Index for Bloomberg’s Calculation Business. He began his career in business development and international project management roles.

Peter Horowitz is the Chief Strategy Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics. In this role, Peter is responsible for guiding Dun & Bradstreet’s ongoing transformation including its digital growth strategy, and its data architecture, transparency, governance and quality efforts.

Prior to joining Dun & Bradstreet, Peter was a Client Partner at Motive Labs, where he developed innovation as a service methodology within the private equity fintech accelerator/incubator. Earlier, Peter served as an Advisory Principal at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he co-led the Capital Markets Technology and Operations Consulting practice. He delivered strategy and large-scale transformation projects for global banks, broker-dealers, and asset managers. Most recently, he led transformations that included rationalizing middle- and back-office systems and consolidating multiple broker-dealers onto a single platform.

Previously, Peter was Partner at Three Crown Capital Partners, an alternative investment manager. Three Crown managed funds domiciled in the US and Bermuda as well as separately managed accounts. Three Crown’s investment strategies focused on absolute returns generated using fixed income swaps and delivering equity benchmark returns with less risk by expressing positions in equity options.

Peter holds a JD from Albany Law School and an MS in operations research and statistics and a BS in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Sara Mathew was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation from 2010 until October 2013. Before assuming the role of CEO, she held a number of roles with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, including: President and Chief Operating Officer (2009-2007), Chief Financial Officer (2001-2007), President–U.S. (2006-2007), and President–International (2006). She previously held a number of executive positions with Procter & Gamble from 1983 through 2001.Sara Mathew was elected to the Board of Directors in 2005.
