Pros of working at Duncan Aviation

Everyone who's not in management(and some that are) are excellent people to work with/around and the higher-ups treat you with respect no matter your job.

Cons of working at Duncan Aviation

Direct management is good in some departments and absolutely abhorrent in others. There is rarely a middle ground.
