As President and CEO, Aaron C. Hilkemann provides strategic leadership and direction to Duncan Aviation, Inc. to ensure future development and growth for the enterprise. Aaron joined Duncan Aviation in 1996 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In 1997, he was appointed President. Prior to joining Duncan Aviation, Aaron was Vice President and Director of Financial Operations for FirsTier Financial, Inc. His background includes eight years of public accounting experience with KPMG Peat Marwick where he served as a Senior Audit Manager and concentrated in the areas of manufacturing, construction and banking industries. Aaron is past Chairman and a current member of the Board of Directors of GAMA (General Aviation Manufacturers Association). He has also served as Past Chairman of the AMAC (Associate Member Advisory Council) of NBAA and the NBAA Board of Directors. Aaron and his wife, Jennifer, have a blended family of seven children, two boys and five girls. Aaron is active in hiking, hunting, fishing, biking and most recently has become a bee keeper.

Andy Richards is a Chief Operating Officer at Duncan Aviation and is based in Battle Creek, Michigan. He has worked as VP:Modifications & Completions at Duncan Aviation and Assistant Manager at Duncan Aviation. Andy studied at Emergenetics International, Hope College between 1984 and 1988, and American Civil Liberties Union between 1989 and 1992.

Chad Doehring is a Vice President-COO at Duncan Aviation and is based in Provo, Utah. He has worked as Airframe nightshift Supervisor at Duncan Aviation, Manager of Airframe Service at Duncan Aviation, and Manager of Customer Service at Duncan Aviation. Chad attended Westwood College - Denver North between 1990 and 1992.
