Jay R Johnson is a President/CEO at Duncan Regional Hospital.

Roger Neal is currently the Vice-President & Chief Operating Officer for Duncan Regional Hospital, Inc. He began his technology career in 1994 when accepting a job with Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Over the next several years, Roger continued to grow his technical knowledge in healthcare and 1996, was promoted to the Director of Information Systems. In 2000, Roger completed his Master of Science in Telecommunications Management degree at Oklahoma State University and that same year accepted a position as Director of Information Technology for the Resident Shows Division of the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil. Innovation was a key factor in Rogers success during his time “running away with the circus”.

In 2001, Roger accepted a position at Duncan Regional Hospital where he continues to plan, implement and support the use of innovative technology solutions in healthcare to meet its financial and social mission. Roger has lead technology initiatives to move the hospital's infrastructure to the forefront and has worked to develop a culture of success on every technology project. With his leadership, Duncan Regional Hospital has obtained a lasting reputation as one of the nation's top technology hospitals. With leadership, DRH has been named to the Hospital & Health Networks Most Wired list in 2015, 2014, 2013, 2011, 2009, 2008, 2005, 2004, and 2003.

Roger is currently responsible for Auxiliary Services, Business Development, DME, Information Technology, Community and Foundation Relations, Rehabilitation Services, Telecommunications, Lab services, Imaging services, Pharmacy Services, Dietary and Nutrition Services and is the administrative contact for the Cancer Centers of Southwest Oklahoma Duncan Campus. As well, Roger serves as the Chief Information Officer for the Cancer Centers of Southwest Oklahoma LLC. and MSO Healthcare of Oklahoma LLC.
