**Job Responsibilities**
+ Maintain an adequate level of chemicals such as glass cleaner, floor cleaner, and anything else needed as determined by a lead or manager.

+ Washing of all small wares; make sure all items are free of food and debris and properly sanitized

+ Disposal of all trash in food production areas using approved methods
+ Cleaning, separating, and putting away kitchen equipment/carts/refrigerators and service ware
+ Collection, breakdown, and disposal of cardboard boxes
+ Sweeping and mopping of designated areas
+ Assist in completing china, glass, and equipment orders and delivering to requested locations
+ Other duties as assigned by Leads and/or Management
**Qualifications**
+ Understanding of basic kitchen sanitation
+ Basic Knowledge of HAACP guidelines required
+ Be familiar with all kitchen equipment, to include: dishwashers, steamers, ovens, grills, fryers, flat tops, stove tops, slicers, knives, and other small wares
+ 1-year prior experience working in a team environment
+ Must be 18 years or older
+ Prior experience working in a fast-paced quick service, convention center, restaurant or other foodservice environment helpful
