Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and operational oversight across a network of high-performing retail locations.
Mentor and develop District Managers and restaurant leadership to achieve performance goals and enhance guest experience.
Analyze financial data and manage full P&L responsibility, including labor and food cost controls.
Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards including staffing, compliance, safety, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot issues related to equipment repair and cleaning, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining health and safety standards.
Identify trends and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of operational leadership in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar environment.
At least 3 years of experience managing multi-unit operations with demonstrated success.
Comprehensive understanding of P&L management and financial reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with industry-leading brands known for operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and strong cultural values.
Proficiency in NCR POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
ServSafe certification.

Education/Experience:
Basic computer skills

* Conduct regular consultative business reviews with client, capture information using scorecard tool, or meeting minutes (MJRs).

* Manage labor, revenue, and expenses to maximize FLC.
* Invoice the client in a timely manner.
* Manag the account location budget, as well as create annual budgets and then manage to meet or exceed budget.
* Manage Revenue and FLC to within 5% of monthly estimates.
