I enjoyed the natural flow of the busy times when we got in a rhythm and time went quickly. My schedule was easy to follow and my bosses noticed my good work. I enjoyed the discount on food and when i had a really happy costumer.

It was really frustrating to be on the opening shift when your helper did not show up. Running the entire store with only one or two people is extremely difficult. Additionally, i wish i had received training on all stations up front so i was more flexible to help everywhere.

Pay rates are all over the place and they pay you as little as they can get away with.

Don’t know the CEO but the store I worked at is supposed to be a certified training store, yet we have no training hours

Appreciate the employees who you already have, show them by paying them what they are worth.

Find out what they are paying, do online research so they can’t low ball uou

Not horrible but not fair either. Openers should have shift differentials.
