I like my coworkers, the food, the customers, I like doing prep work and cleaning.
I don't like some of the rude customers or the hours or the management.
The free lunch.
You get out of the house, I suppose.
You work at Dunkin’ Donuts. New hires, even teenagers, make the same, or more, hourly than employees that have been there 5 plus years. No room for growth or promotion. Treated less than human.
There are 0 perks / benefits.
I was a shift leader and knew mostly everything about my job and I worked hard for myself, the crew and the company and at first it was rewarding.
Hostile work environment, a lot of drama and unresolved issues, a lot of call offs and no shows and rude customers.
Making 15.50 and hour and sick time.
I got free food.
the employees were rude.
the hours were good and i had a lot of time working.
My coworkers and free food
The people being rude and corporate not giving breaks and being rude and not caring about their employees
Foood drinkssss
The fast paced environment
The lack of incentives and pay, no breaks
Free food
I liked Meeting new people and having more responsibility
free coffee and food whenever we wanted
Flexible work hours
The summer has all day rushes from clocking in to clocking out
free food
The customers always being so involved & unique was probably my favorite thing about working at this establishment.
What I did not like, however, was how often other co-workers would call out so it would be just me & a trainee during a shift that is supposed to be 4 people.
My favorite perk/benefit from working at Dunkin' was either the freedom of using my phone when all work was done; or the free food.
the hours
there’s nothing i disliked!
my favorite perk is getting paid overtime
It was fun learning how to make everything also always great to get free coffee and donuts.
Early shifts were way to fast pace for me.also a manager that was very cold and not helpful.
The free coffee and donuts.
I loved my coworkers and I made great friendships with a lot of my regulars
The management wasn’t ideal and the pay didn’t match the amount of work put in
Free food
