New creative ideas are not welcome, very inflexible upper management, poor motivators , do not inspire employees to perform their best and financially reward them for it.

Pros of working at Dunn-Edwards

This is a great company! I like that I make a difference, my output and work ethics are recognized by our customers and upper management. I feel that I have a secure job with great benefits. I have been with the company nearly 10years, some of my coworkers have been here 15-25years.

Cons of working at Dunn-Edwards

there are some stressful days where customers want things instantly and do not understand that there are customer before them or what they are asking for has a process and will take time. Some customers are poor planners.

the people! A great team that I work with, a good mix of repeat customers and new customers. comradery among locations and distribution. insurance/dental/vision is great, 401K, tuition reimbursement. Similar benefits to other large companies.
