The Quality Engineer will assist with support and maintenance of the quality system, take the lead in continuous improvement initiatives, and drive quality improvement in a Lean culture.
Required Skills:
Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining various aspects of the quality management system
Analyze process and product failures using the 8D RCCA/PDCA methodology and drive corrective and preventive action as needed
Involvement in continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen, Defect Reduction Teams, etc.
Develop training as applicable to build quality awareness
Interface with Engineering and Production to ensure that the transfer of new products to Production is in accordance with approved data, and that existing products and processes are maintained and improved
Support Quality Inspectors and Quality Technicians to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the customer or quality management system
Conduct audits and create audit finding reports and assign and follow up for proper corrective and preventive actions
Generate assembly process SOPs and QA/QC checks
Assist with the development and implementation of SPC for applicable processes
Create and maintain company quality procedures and related documentation
Assist with the planning, organizing, and managing the overall aspects of receiving, in-process, and outgoing quality
Interface with suppliers as needed to ensure the timely resolution of supplier quality issues
Develop and maintain an adequate defect data collection and reporting system to allow drill down to true root cause
Prepare QA Reports and drive quality improvement in daily work cell meetings
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Required Experience:

Degree/Experience Requirements:
BS degree or a minimum of 1-5 years experience in the Quality Engineering field
Knowledge of inspection methods used in design, fabrication, and production in a machining and fiberglass manufacturing environment is preferred

Pay Range: $72,000.00 - $82,000.00

Develop and conduct all presentations for increasing company borrowing when need is determined. Ensure funding request details and documentation are sufficient to minimize the funding decision timeline and accurately portray the need for the funding level sought.
Interact with the Preconstruction Department to determine upcoming bonding needs relative to the company's existing bonding capacity. Maintain an ongoing bonding utilization report to know current limits and determine adequacy of limits for future needs. Negotiate bond program increases when needed with Surety.
Evaluate all proposed leasing transactions and related lease contracts. Conduct lease-versus-purchase analyses when appropriate. Ensure leasing Terms and Conditions are acceptable.
Relationship Manager
Serve as the primary corporate relationship manager for third-party relationships with bankers, surety companies, business insurance consultants, audit firms, TPA's, vendors, subcontractors, and others as may be engaged from time to time.
Be proactive in communicating company changes, plans, progress, and activities as they relate to third parties.
Accounting Software Applications Leadership
Manage all aspects of the company's accounting system.
Provide ongoing evaluation and implementation of reporting needed to promote company management effectiveness.

Risk Management

CPR certified yearly.
Attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.
Ability to supervise nursing assistants assuring that work assignments are completed appropriately and timely.

Medical assisting faculty must be current and competent in MAERB Core Curriculum Standards and the objectives the individual is teaching, as evidenced by: Education and a minimum of three years' work experience related to the course content.
Education Minimum: Associate degree in Medical Assisting. Certified as a Medical Assistant (AAMA).
Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Medical Assisting or related allied health field and instruction in educational theory and techniques.
Experience Minimum: A minimum of three (3) years' work experience in the clinical area.
Experience Preferred: College teaching experience preferred.

Certified as a Medical Assistant (AAMA) is required.
Language Skills:
Requires the ability to utilize a wide variety of descriptive data and information, such as policy manuals, Employee Handbook, SACS Criteria Manual, program guidelines from DCC, course syllabi and course textbooks.
Mathematical Skills:
Requires the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, ability to calculate decimals and percentages
Reasoning Ability:
Functional Reasoning: Requires the ability to apply principles of influence systems, such as motivation, incentive, teaching pedagogy, and leadership. Ability to exercise independent judgment to apply facts and principles for developing approaches and techniques to problem resolution.
Situational Reasoning: Requires the ability to exercise the judgment, decisiveness and creativity required in situations involving the direction, control and planning of the programs. Develops and applies new and unique methods and thinking to executing plans and strategies.
Computer Skills
A complete knowledge of Microsoft Products as used in overall management in an educational environment is required. Experience creating training using various authoring tools. Experience with online course delivery systems such as Blackboard.
Human Interaction
Requires the ability to exercise honest, consistent and sound judgment in a supervisory capacity. Includes the ability to make decisions on procedural and technical levels. Ability to establish and maintain effective, harmonious, and collaborative relationships with a diverse population of students, staff and community.
Equipment, Machinery, Tools, and Materials Utilization:
Requires the ability to use, operate, and/or handle office equipment, such as a computer and printer, facsimile machine, copier, calculator and communications equipment.

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
Schedule: Full-time
Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Every other Saturday 8 am - 1 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians and vet techs during examinations, treatments, and surgeries
Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately
Prepare examination rooms and surgical areas by cleaning and sterilizing equipment and surfaces
Perform basic laboratory tests, such as collecting blood, urine, and stool samples
Administer medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a veterinarian
Feed, bathe, and exercise animals as needed
Maintain accurate medical records
Communicate with pet owners about their pets' care, treatment plans, and follow-up visits
Clean and maintain the clinic, including stocking supplies and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with animals in a veterinary setting is required.
Technical know-how in areas such as disinfection, administering medication, and using diagnostic equipment.
Physical ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
