Frame Table Operator
 
 
Overview
 
 
Assembles fabricated parts at floor stations. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
 
 
Responsibilities
 
 
* Assemble remaining frame to door (build frame)
 
 
* Moderate level of responsibility to find defects, make repairs using tools provided, and make decisions for what cannot be repaired
 
 
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
 
 
* Performs other duties as directed
 
 
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
 
 
* Knowledge of hand tools and small power tools to assemble units.
 
 
* Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures.
 
 
* Knowledge of Pneumatic equipment (Stapler, Screw Gun)
 
 
* Read tape measure to 1/32&quot; inch
 
 
* Maintain operation and cleanliness of all equipment
 
 
* Moderate level of responsibility to find defects, make repairs using tools provided, and make decisions for what cannot be repaired
 
 
* Ability to lift to 50 lbs., bending, twisting, stooping, excellent dexterity, must work at a fast pace, fast pace is physically demanding
 
 
* Strong eye/hand coordination. Standing for long continuous hours
 
 
* Constant attention to detail and accuracy of material placement
 
 
* Concentration on proper lifting and ensure floors are kept free of debris
 
 
* Regular attendance and timeliness are essential functions of the job to avoid any disruptions in production and customer service
 
 
* Must be able to communicate in basic English
 
 
* Follow all operational and safety SOP's as written
 
 
* Other duties as assigned
 
 
Qualifications
 
 
* High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred not needed
 
 
* 1-2 years in manufacturing environment

Full time temp to perm
 
30 hour rotation shift 7am-7pm and 30 hour rotation shift 7pm-7am
 
Production Operator and Packing Asst. No experience necessary. On the Job Training.
 
Must attend paid Orientation NO EXCEPTIONS. Candidate must pocess good work, have a good conduct and good attendence.
 
GED or Equivalent, Negative Drug Screen, Clear Background, Jeans, solid Tshirt (no Logo), Steel Toe boots are required.
