We are seeking a creative, self-starting Marketing Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the development of engaging, high-quality content that brings our brand stories to life across multiple platforms and audiences. You'll work across a portfolio of companies in diverse industries-including material handling, terminal automation, supply chain, and sports & entertainment.
Collaborating closely with our marketing director and other internal stakeholders, you'll plan, create, and publish compelling content that supports campaigns, strengthens our brand voice, and drives audience engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Execution
Write, edit, and produce high-quality content across a range of formats, including blogs, website copy, case studies, press releases, social posts, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible content.
Manage and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Social Media Management
Own and grow the company's social media presence (primarily LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).
Develop content calendars, create and schedule posts, and monitor engagement and analytics.
Identify opportunities for organic engagement and audience interaction.
Brand & Messaging Support
Help ensure brand voice and visual consistency across all content and platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams (marketing, HR, and various business units) to support initiatives such as recruitment campaigns, internal announcements, or customer communications.
Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and photographers as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or related field, preferably in a B2B or industrial environment.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
Proficiency in content management tools (e.g., WordPress) and social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. Physical And Environmental Elements
This is primarily a sedentary office classification and employees work in an office with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. Provide support to content managers and other marketing team members in driving our content strategy across multiple divisions and achieving KPIs.
Brainstorm and develop storylines-ability to ideate narratives using character IPs.

Collaborate with internal teams and departments; Build relationships with existing and new partners/vendors.

General Marketing Duties

Review and monitor Animation, Live Action (Licensing/Retail), Sanrio.com and Space Licensing content submissions.
Work with Sales/Retail teams on content support.

Social media: support the management of the global and US social media platforms
Video: support management of video for web and assist with video editing as needed
Podcasts: support management of podcasts for web and assist with editing as needed
Support US and/or Global digital campaigns and projects, working with global digital counterparts
Support US digital technology initiatives, including communication with the global IT teams
Support the US digital strategy, ensuring that, at all times, the firm is adhering to the regional and global program
Support the implementation of the US digital strategy through testing and/ or implementing new technology that may complement Norton Rose Fulbright's overall global digital program
Collaborate with the marketing, design and business development teams on joint initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of one year of digital marketing experience, preferably in a professional services environment
Working knowledge of HTML and search-engine optimization
Working knowledge of using artificial intelligence, CoPilot experience is a plus
Knowledge of and desire to learn about new technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, understands how to write for social media with strong research and analytical skills
Client-service capabilities and experience working with all levels of an organization
A results-driven self-starter, multitasker and team player that works well under pressure
Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers, administrative staff and lawyers
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as a willingness to work additional hours in the execution of his or her duties
Proficiency with software and content management platforms such as HubSpot, Sitecore, Umbraco, Wordpress, Coveo, Hootsuite, Adobe products, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and Google Analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
