    Your Opportunity as the Lead, Customer Commercialization - Coffee (Individual Contributor & Manager Level Role) The Customer Commercialization (CC) Team serves as a critical conduit between Brand Marketing, Brand Commercialization, and the Field Sales Team. In this position, you will own customer business planning to enable category and customer growth and represent customer strategies to key internal constituents. You will translate National Go to Market Strategies (GTMS) into customer specific activation and incorporate SBA targets into customer level quotas and budgets.     Responsible for leading and working all daily distribution functions to ensure all customer order demands are executed. This role will encompass all functions within the distribution department. Duties and Responsibilities: * Follow all standard work including Safety standards. * Follow all company policies and General Plant Rules (GPRs) as outlined via * Understand all functional areas of distribution, including operating packaging machines * Conduct effective training for new employees, and for current employees when necessary and document as required. * Track and correct order issues to ensure orders are sent out on time * Lead and motivate team to meet pick/pack rates and efficiencies * Support and assist in new process development and deployment. * Ensure processed customer orders meet quality standards. * Responsible for daily 5S activities, such as housekeeping, maintaining an organized and safe work area, and any appropriate paperwork/check sheets. * Work assigned overtime when necessary. * Other duties as assigned. Specialized Knowledge/Skills: * Ability to adapt/change schedule and work center based on Distribution needs. * Good organizational skills. * Ability to communicate, build trust within the team and lead with empathy. * Ability to collaborate with team members to drive daily demands and goals. * Good PC skills with the ability to utilize various software as needed. * Ability to use all tools/equipment in the area. * Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision. * Ability to lead and train crew. * Ability to perform minor maintenance. * Ability to problem solve. * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly. * Ability to bend, stand and walk for extensive periods of time. * Basic math skills. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. * Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization. * Ability to work, contribute and succeed in a team environment. Experience/Educational Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Commitment to personal development and willingness to take required training or attend schooling as needed.
