QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Master's degree desired. Prior experience through internships, co-op programs, or academic projects in one or more of the following areas: Process design and optimization Equipment specification or layout planning Manufacturing or plant operations Engineering project coordination or CAPEX initiatives Early-phase product or process development Knowledge and skills: Familiarity with process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), and basic equipment design principles. Exposure to engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Aspen Plus, SolidWorks, MS Project). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Adaptability and curiosity to learn across diverse technical domains. Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
