Mark Miko is a Chief Information Officer (CIO) at DUQUESNE LIGHT and is based in Greater Pittsburgh Area. He has worked as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Education Management Corporation, EDMC; Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Armstrong Group; and SVP, IT Business Services at PNC. Mark attended UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH-OF.

Mark Kaplan serves as Duquesne Light’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has been with DLC for 16 years. In 2020, Kaplan was named 2020 CFO of the Year by the Pittsburgh Business Times in an award that recognizes financial professionals in western Pennsylvania for outstanding performance as corporate financial leaders. Before joining DLC in 2005, Kaplan was Managing Director of CLJ Consulting Group and prior to that served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Weirton Steel Corporation. A certified public accountant, Kaplan earned his bachelor's degree from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio.

David Johnson joined Duquesne Light in January 2020 and is responsible for helping the Company transform its approach to customer engagement as well as operationalizing new services and products to meet customers’ evolving needs. He brings more than 20 years of customer service experience in the public utility industry to DLC. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Johnson served as Vice President, Customer Service, for Entergy Louisiana, where he led day-to-day customer service operations and established and maintained relationships with customers and community stakeholders. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President, Customer Service and Economic Development, for DTE Energy in Michigan, where he spent the majority of his career. Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and business management from Lawrence Technological University in Michigan.

Elisa Labriola joined the Company in 2012 and is responsible for Corporate and Regulatory Compliance matters. Ms. Labriola has more than 20 years of diversified legal and compliance experience in private practice as well as in-house counsel positions with West Penn Allegheny Health System and Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. She holds a B.A., M.A. and J.D. from Duquesne University.

John Hilderbrand II was named Chief Operations Officer in June of 2021. He joined DLC in 2015 with more than 30 years of operations and utility experience and is currently responsible for strategic alignment of operations, supply chain and procurement. Prior to joining DLC, Hilderbrand served in various positions at West Penn Power, Allegheny Power and FirstEnergy. He is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania and holds electrical engineering degrees from both Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pittsburgh.
