Random check stock locations in raw material, wipe any finished goods (TMA stock only) to insure accurate product locations. Make location adjustments to the perpetual system as required. Verify all vendors receiving and put-a-way at TMA. Insure timely and accurate processing daily. Investigate no-stock listings and verify discrepancies making inventory and location adjustments as required. Verify returned goods from customers for re-work or replacement. Ensure proper paperwork and adjustments to the perpetual are completed. Produce weekly/month end write up on cycle count results and related issues to inventory activity. Responsible for reporting material consumption to inventory systems. Generate necessary documentation for shipping to TMA-center. Qualifications: Incumbents must have the aptitude to acquire the basic skills required for this position within the 3-month orientation period; full understanding of and ability to create documentation (such as records and operation sheets, etc.).
