    Pros of working at DXC Technology

    The Pro's of working for DXC Technology were vast in my IT field at the time, managers were always having you back even though were worked remotely.

    The Cons of working at DXC Technology, seems they were always changing managers and supervisors, if the IT contract you were working on ended and they didn't have another one for you to go you were rifted.

    Favorite benefit working at DXC Technology under the IT umbrella was the company provided all your computer equipment for the remote work, and cell phone for the job.

    How did you prepare for the DXC Technology interview?

    We didn't, CSC which is now DXC Technology was selected as the IT support for Raytheon Corp at the time and the entire IT Support department moved over to DXC.

    How does your compensation at DXC Technology compare to the industry average?

    My compensation was excellent, DXC tried to retain everyone in our department but with out a contract for services it was futile. Compensation package for our RIF was very agreeable.

    What's the diversity at DXC Technology like?

    DIverse demographics was excellent.

    What brings you the most joy at DXC Technology?

    THe realization that the work we did accomplished our mission and helped the organizations clients.
