Join DXC Technology as the Global Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) and Consumer and Retail (CR) Industry Leader within our Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) organization. This leadership role will shape and drive our industry strategy across Custom Applications, Consulting, Data and Analytics and Enterprise Applications. Job Responsibilities
Define industry strategy across HLS and CR accounts in alignment with DXC's Consulting and Engineering Service offerings.
Manage a global team of highly experienced Industry SMEs with deep expertise in the HLS and C&R industries

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Extensive experience (15+ years) in Healthcare and Life Sciences, with deep expertise across consulting, technology transformation, and strategic client engagement. Note: the scope of the role encompasses both HLS and CR industries, but we require the Leader to have individual expertise in HLS.
Proven ability to define and execute industry-focused growth strategies that drive revenue, margin, and customer value.
Strong understanding of modern technology areas, including Custom Applications, Data and AI, and Enterprise Applications
Experience as an industry SME, able to articulate complex solution concepts, reference case studies, and translate needs into deliverable outcomes.
Demonstrated success in sales pursuits, account development, and strategic client conversations at the executive level.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing sales targets, account strategy, and operational metrics.
Track record of successful collaboration with delivery teams, ensuring that strategy aligns with execution and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities:
The Paralegal works under the direction of the Supervisory Paralegal. In this role, you will perform litigation support services while complying with established procedures, including but not limited to the following:
Compiles, prepares, and summarizes relevant materials for use by attorneys in discovery and in preparation of motions, briefs and other legal documents.
Summarizes depositions and other transcripts.
Maintains case files.

Qualifications:
Required:
Requires paralegal certificate, JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least one year of study.
One year of legal training or legal experience or at least two years of college education may be substituted for the paralegal certificate.
Additionally, at least one year of litigation paralegal experience or project experience (as related to the task order) is required;; trial experience very helpful. Automated litigation support experience valued.
Must have basic legal knowledge, including knowledge of standard legal citation to cite check legal motions and memorandum and must have sufficient experience with legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw to perform basic legal research.
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, thorough knowledge and hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets, imaging, and hardware systems.

This position is at United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, NY, we are looking for a Network Engineer who can thrive in a challenging and rewarding environment at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy Headquarters in **Kings Point, New York.**
+ The candidate will help design, implement, troubleshoot, analyze and maintain Academy networks Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN/DMZ/Wireless networks and related services
+ Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks, applications and appliances
+ Working experience in government environment utilizing NIST and FISMA
+ Performs day-to-day activities required to manage data services, such as network design, implementation, and management, to include troubleshooting of complex network issues
+ Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff, to include technical and administrative direction
**Qualifications**
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ Education bachelor's degree in a related field and must have a minimum of 7 years of related experience managing data networks, possessing extensive skills and knowledge in network design, architecture, troubleshooting, and management
+ Must have experience with Cisco, Nexus switches, DHCP, DNS, VPN, MPLS, MTIPS, Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), routing, switching, cloud infrastructure, and Out-of-Band (OOB) networks and firewall management
+ Hands on experience in a structured environment implementing and administrating network devices, setting and maintaining policies
+ Experience in configuring Cisco switches and routers
+ Design, plan, establish, and optimize wireless networks
+ Experience in Aruba's architecture that includes Wireless and Network Access Control
+ Nutanix Prism, Acropolis hypervisor management
+ Firewall and VPN configuration, management and analysis
+ Network access security tools experience
+ MS Server Active Directory and Group Policy Management
+ PowerShell scripting and implementation skills
+ Level 2 and Level 3 resolution in a Windows Server and Win 11 environment
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documentation
+ Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis and network optimization skills
+ Team player: willing and able to drive collaborative efforts across the organization to improve product quality, reduce expense, and increase productivity
+ **Required Minimum one** of the following certifications: CCNA or CCNP, ITIL v3 certification
+ Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years and the ability to obtain a public trust

**Responsibilities:**
As a CACI Paralegal supporting the DOJ's mission, you will gain invaluable knowledge and transferrable skills related to eDiscovery practice and procedures and utilizing document databases to conduct searches and code evidentiary material. You will be a part of a high-performing team completing assignments with established procedures that include:
+ Compiling, preparing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by attorneys in discovery and in preparation of motions, briefs and other legal documents
+ Summarize depositions and other transcripts; maintains case files.
+ Perform simple legal research.
+ Index, track and control document discovery (including documents produced and received in discovery)
+ Index, track and exhibits and other materials at depositions and at trial. Prepares exhibit cross-references.
+ Assist US Attorneys in courtroom.
+ Review documents for relevance and privilege according to established guidelines and criteria.
+ Other examples of the types of work to be performed include compilation of documents for FOIA, production requests, Congressional inquiries, etc.
**Qualifications:**
_Required:_
+ This position requires paralegal certificate, JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least one year of study. One year of legal training or legal experience or at least two years of college education may be substituted for the paralegal certificate.
+ Additionally, at least one year of litigation paralegal experience or project experience (as related to the task order) is required.
+ Must have basic legal knowledge, including knowledge of standard legal citation to cite check legal motions and memorandum and must have sufficient experience with legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw to perform basic legal research.
+ Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, thorough knowledge and hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets, imaging, and hardware systems.
+ Role also requires basic familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources.
+ Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important.
+ DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required).

+ Automated litigation support experience valued.
+ Extensive computer and database expertise (MS Excel and Word skills necessary).
