Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Engineer's responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
* Participating and contributing to all phases of production pump orders, from design to manufacturing and testing.
* Developing engineering documents for design, customer approval, and fabrication of pump packages.
* Soliciting and reviewing supplier quotations for technical compliance, budget, and delivery constraints
* Performing engineering calculations and analysis related to mechanical processes, structural design, and equipment sizing/selection.
* Interacting with fabrication and assembly to resolve engineering issues during production.
* Reviewing project, customer deliverable drawings.
* Defining and updating product standard practices and processes for packages.
* QC manufactured pump components and fabricated skid components.
* Communicating with the Application Engineers and Project Engineer to execute the project within budget and schedule limitations.
Qualifications and Additional Information
* Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing) or 4 years of related experience and/or training.
* Skills/Knowledge: Knowledge of rotating equipment and fabricated pumping systems, ability to work independently, well organized and self-motivated, effective interpersonal and communication skills, project management experience and teamwork skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project), and knowledge in SolidWorks or comparable 3D design software.
* Preferred: Manufacturing Engineering background is a plus.
* Work Environment: Office/manufacturing facility.
* Hours: Regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Summary:
The Sales Development Representative will oversee equipment sales administration, including CRM and ERP systems, account tracking, and report generation. Manage the sales performance analysis, communication between units, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Responsibilities:
The Sales Development Representative supports the outside sales team and manages proactive marketing, lead generation and follow-up; sales coordination and customer satisfaction activities.
Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative include, but are not limited to:
* Sales coordination responsibilities:

The Sr. Credit Specialist will be responsible for performing all credit and collections functions associated with high volume portfolio of strategic accounts in accordance with the Credit Department goals and objectives.
Responsibilities of the Sr. Credit Specialist include, but are not limited to:
* Perform various tasks related to credit and collections and overall accounts receivable management.
* Assist peers or credit coordinator with credit inquiries and order releases
* Identifies and assists credit process lead with process improvements, testing and implementation
* Identifies and communicates training needs for their peers and demonstrates best practices
* Performs continual evaluation of credit limits for assigned accounts, identifies issues needing escalation and facilitates customer KPI meetings as required
* Extend credit to customers within designated limit of authority and approve credit inquiries
* Identify delinquency drivers and drives end to end resolution
* Serves as back-up for the team Credit Manager where needed
* Other duties and tasks assigned by Credit Manager
Qualifications of the Sr. Credit Specialist include, but are not limited to:
* Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or 4+ years of equivalent credit collections experience
* 3 - 5 years' experience with electronic billing (ADP, Oildex, EDI)
* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/pivot tables/power queries)
* Advanced analytical and risk determination skills including high degree of financial statement analysis
* Critical thinker with excellent ability to drive root cause analysis
* Advanced knowledge of credit assessment tools (D&B, Get Paid, High Radius, Experian, etc.)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
* Travel to customer or field locations to perform account reviews with credit manager or sales as required. Candidate must have an acceptable driving record according to company guidelines
