Summary:
The Aftermarket SalesProfessional will be responsible to increase DXP/APO Pumps & Compressors "Linkage" with specific accounts. Business relationships are built by providing customers recommendations on improving the reliability and maintenance of their current compressed air and pump systems. Success is measured with new account penetration and sales growth.
Responsibilities of the Aftermarket SalesProfessional include but are not limited to:
* Manages all aspects of the Aftermarket Sales process including maintenance contracts, quoting and selling repairs, as well as new customer acquisition, and customer retention.
* Prepares and sends product specifications and quotation packages to customers.
* Makes follow-up calls, responds to customer inquiries.
* Maintains contact with customers before, during and after each sale to ensure customer satisfaction and to ensure responsiveness to customer needs.
* Travels daily within assigned territory to customer locations when necessary.
* Works closely with Aftermarket Sales Manager and Sales Engineers within their individual territories.
* Promotes the company's culture and values #DXP.
* Experience selling air compressors and rotating equipment, with a focus on repairs and preventative maintenance.
* Background in mechanical and technical roles, including industrial sales, working with service technicians, and strong mechanical aptitude.
Qualifications of the Aftermarket SalesProfessional include but are not limited to:
* 2+ years of face-to-face selling experience (preferably in the industrial market).
* Strong inter-personal (people) skills with good aptitude to understand technical processes and mechanical systems.
* Work ethic - do whatever it takes to delight the customer.
* Strong verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
* Ability to relate well to all types and levels of people normally employed by industrial manufacturing companies.
* Ability to quickly determine the customer's immediate and ongoing needs and then develop a successful sales strategy that generates an increasing revenue and profit stream to APO Pumps & Compressors.
* Communicate internally at APO to ensure that our customers' needs/requirements are clearly understood and met whenever possible.
* Be proficient at Microsoft Windows software products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Utilize Zoho CRM software to track sales opportunities, close rates and manage client installation data.
* Excellent time management skills needed.
* Must have current driver's license and acceptance driving record according to company guidelines.

* Physical Demand: The Aftermarket Sales Responsibilities will be required to: read; communicate verbally and/or in written form; remember and analyze certain information; and remember and understand certain instructions or guidelines. While performing the duties of this job, they may be required to stand, walk, and sit. Frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. Workday Financials Partner Certification
Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role
Minimum of 2 years of hands on Workday Financials QTC (Quote-To-Cash) experience
Minimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)
Bonus points if:
4+ years of experience implementing Workday Financials
Proficiency in multiple business processes: (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc...)
Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements.

You are:
You have proven work experience in Financial Services, and more specifically, the Capital Markets and Retirement space. You are an expert in designing, scaling, and operating seamless buying experiences across all channels in today's digital-first world. You understand how to reduce complexity, drive growth, increase profitability, and enhance brand equity by aligning business processes, technology, and strategy. You have experience implementing pricing strategies to maximize financial performance and improving sales effectiveness by increasing win rates, reducing costs, and speeding up sales cycles. You're comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments, and you thrive on transforming challenges into opportunities with creative and analytical thinking. You excel in collaborating with diverse teams and can confidently engage with stakeholders from junior consultants to executives.
The Work:
* Design & Optimize Buying Experiences: Contribute to the development of end-to-end seamless, omni-channel buying experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
* Understand the ins and outs of the Retirement and Financial Services industry and front-line sales and commerce organizations, and ready to apply your knowledge to clients optimize and transform their sales and service solutions.
* Improve Profitability & Sales Performance: Analyze client data to identify optimal pricing strategies, improve sales pipelines, reduce the cost of sales, and enhance win rates.
* Streamline Complexity: Assist clients in simplifying processes, reducing inefficiencies, and maximizing customer value, while ensuring consistency and brand strength.
* Implement Business & Technology Solutions: Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new technologies and processes that drive sustainable commercial success.
* Collaborate on Strategic Solutions: Partner with clients and internal teams to define business cases, roadmaps, and actionable recommendations to meet client needs and business objectives.
* Drive Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, help prepare proposals, and contribute to developing the Accenture Song Commerce Advisory practice.

Qualification
Here's what you'll need:
3+ years of management consulting experience, with a focus on commerce strategy, sales performance, or digital transformation within the Retirement industry. Experience should include:
Proven experience designing and optimizing omni-channel buying experiences.
Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, pricing strategies, and process optimization.
Understanding of digital commerce and sales technologies and cloud solutions.
Experience working with sales performance improvement initiatives (e.g., Go-to-Market strategy, expanding pipelines, reducing the cost of sales, increasing win rates, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) transformations).
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
You are familiar with AI, GenAI, or other emerging technologies.
Bonus Points If:
* You have experience in pricing optimization, sales forecasting, or other advanced sales analytics.
* You hold certifications in leading platforms like CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) systems, which demonstrate your expertise in managing and optimizing key sales and commerce functions.

When you become one of our professional Medical Sales Representatives you will act as a lead point of contact for account management activities within your physician accounts. The position is responsible for obtaining and managing profitable business for our product's by building strong professional relationships based on service, product knowledge, integrity and trust within the accounts. Each Medical Sales Rep will develop, manage and execute account business plans that deliver results consistently.
Responsibilities for each Medical Sales Representative team member:
Coordinate sales and promotion of medical products within your local territory.
Drive pull-through on existing patients and build awareness of product portfolio with each physician.
Build strategic customer relationships at general practices, hospitals, and specialty clinics to foster a long-term professional relationship based on service, product knowledge, integrity and trust, and favorably position for future product launches.
Develop strategies, tactics, marketing initiatives, and sales programs as applicable to scope.
Plan and organize sales calls in the territory for effective use of time and economic considerations to optimize performance goals within each account.
Review and analyze contracted product performance within accounts and take and/or evolve actions as appropriate (monitor contracts, plan execution, value, volume growth, market share, etc.)
Develop a strong alliance with the Medical Sales Representative team to ensure the appropriate level of cross-functional support and communication to develop and execute effective pull-through strategies.
Strictly adhere to relevant medical sales rep regulatory and compliance guidelines and company policies.
Minimum Requirements for the Medical Sales Rep opportunity:
Sales abilities with inter-personal skills, knowledge of account management and/or sales experience.
This position will be field based and will require a valid driver's license.
