Key Responsibilities Install frameless and framed shower doors with precision and care. Mount wall mirrors, glass panels, and shelving units. Install bath hardware and accessories such as towel bars, robe hooks, and grab bars. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements accurately. Safely operate hand and power tools required for installations. Ensure all work is performed to company standards, builder's plans and local building codes. Interact professionally with clients on-site, maintaining a clean and respectful work environment. Maintain and organize tools, materials, and work truck inventory. Identify and troubleshoot issues during installations, offering practical solutions. Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant installation experience (shower doors, mirrors, bath accessories). Strong knowledge of residential bathroom construction and finishing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Familiarity with power tools, levels, and other installation equipment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Coax Splicer is a skilled position, and she/he is considered competent and authorized to work in this field. He/she will have the experience and knowledge to perform all the duties of a coax Splicer. The Coax Splicer will generally oversee 1 employee and possess the ability to provide on-the-job training to the Splicing Laborer. This position will need to be flexible in their hours, with occasional on-call duties including night and weekend work. This partnership not only allows us to expand our footprint and find top talent in the area, it also allows us to work with industry leaders who strive for same level of excellence as we do.This continued success has created a need for a Fire Alarm Installation Technician to work out of our Fort Walton Beach, FL location. Responsibilities: * The ability to install, service, program, test, inspect and troubleshoot basic and complex fire alarm systems with limited or no supervision. * Ability to coordinate with contractors, customers, building maintenance personnel, and office personnel to execute daily workload. * Ability to identify code issues and non-conformance issues. * Confidence and accuracy making recommendations regarding system installation improvements. * Commitment to respond and carry out to completion any troubleshooting and repairs on assigned customer systems. * Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail. Requirements: * High school diploma is required. Industry experience preferred. * Individual must possess a valid Driver's license and have a clean driving record. * Extensive knowledge of NFPA 72, NEC, Fire Alarm System Theory, OSHA Requirements, and Industry Standards for Fire Alarm systems installation. * Experience with a variety of system manufacturing including Gamewell-FCI, Siemens, Notifier, Edwards, Simplex, Honeywell, Firelite, etc. What We Offer: At Encore, we're all about creating a culture where success is celebrated.
