* The Crew Leader Driver executes site-level tasks on BrightView's client sites. This position directs the work of 2-5 other team members and ensures assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by BrightView and BrightView's clients. Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations, including loading and securing equipment (e.g., gas cans, mowers, trailers) and safely operating vehicles in compliance with traffic laws.

Conduct EDVIR (Electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports) on assigned vehicles.

Education and Experience:
Valid Driver's License
Must be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.

* Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are
met.
* Ensure company equipment is lawfully operated, cared for, maintained and used effectively.
* Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
* Operate heavy equipment and other construction duties as necessary.
* Must ensure a solid understanding of, and comply with the principles of the company's Code
of Ethics.
* Must examine situations in light of the principles of the Code of Ethics.
* Ensure all new hires receive any on the job training required.

* Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings and inspections.
* Review safe work plans/hazard assessments with crew prior to job commencement.
* Work with Safety Department to investigate damage, incidents or near misses in the worksite,
and ensure proper procedures are carried out according to the Company's Safety Program.

Essential Functions
Leads and completes the project in accordance with supplied blueprints, diagrams and/or instructions provided and to quality standards in accordance to applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Responsible to ensure that all materials, supplies, tools and equipment are safeguarded in a manner that prevents their unauthorized use or removal from the project site.
Ensures team cooperation with other trades and or the General Contractor on the site.
Ensures that materials and supplies on the project are stored in a neat and orderly fashion and that the job site is picked up before leaving each day.
Provides instruction and guidance to reporting employees that enables them to work safely and efficiently.
Participates in the advising, counseling, and coaching of all employees reporting to him/her.
Operates equipment on the job site or may train and directs others to operate. Performs weekly DVIR on all jobsite equipment.
