Full-time Description Inspired Technologies has multiple openings for Tower Technicians in our Tower Services division. Positions include entry level technicians through experienced foreman to become part of teams dedicated to safe, quality tower installation work. We are currently looking to fill multiple positions in the North and South Florida markets. Position Summary The Telecom Tower Technician installs, maintains, and operates wired, wireless, fiber optic and microwave telecommunications equipment and systems. Summary: The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company, is seeking Refueling Technicians responsible for the safe and efficient refueling of vehicles, generators, and equipment during disaster response efforts. This role involves operating fuel dispensing equipment, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The Refueling Technician supports the logistics and operations of the emergency fueling team to ensure timely and effective fuel distribution in disaster -affected areas. These are seasonal positions and, if activated, will likely require travel on short notice, generally lasting from several days to a few weeks and possibly 30 days or more, depending on the disaster response needs. Ideal candidates for these missions will be available to deploy within 24 to 72 hours of notification. Location: Disaster Response Locations in Georgia Duties and Responsibilities: Operate fuel dispensing equipment to refuel vehicles, generators, and other equipment in disaster -affected areas. Assist with safely dispensing fuel from tanker trucks into emergency utility vehicles and generators. Ensure accurate measurement and recording of dispensed fuel. Follow proper procedures for fuel handling and dispensing to prevent spills and accidents. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on fuel dispensing equipment to ensure operational readiness. WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A SUCCESSFUL TUFF SHED PERMIT TECHNICIAN The Permit Technician is responsible for working with Tuff Shed customers and local municipal entities to obtain building permits and/or meet zoning requirements to facilitate the approved construction of Tuff Shed structures. The Permit Technician will establish relationships with local building and zoning departments in order to keep apprised of any changes in local code and/or requirements related to the building and zoning standards within their territory. This is primarily office based with occasional off-site meetings or to pick up permits from building departments. Develops and maintains positive relationships with building departments and officials, serving as the liaison between Tuff Shed and building and zoning departments. Communicates all required changes to Salesperson and Customer to meet jurisdictional requirements. Works with local jurisdictions to resolve issues related to issuance of appropriate permits. This may include attending in person meetings and/or public hearings. Prepares all required documents for acquiring required permits, including producing plot plans and other required drawings. Tracks permit progress through the planning and building department. Schedules, coordinates, and communicates various on-site building inspections with local officials and Tuff Shed representatives. Updates tracking tools to notify interested parties of progress with individual projects. Performing all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Tuff Shed management. WHAT YOU WILL BRING Customer-service experience and the ability to work with customers and peers to understand requirements. Experience creating and tracking multiple projects to completion. Experience working in a construction or building department environment preferred. Understanding of regulatory items related to real-estate preferred (i.e., easements, setbacks, water run-off, etc) Hands-on computer skills in Microsoft Office and Internet applications required; experience in utilizing Customer Relations Management (CRM) software - including Oracle, JDE, Onyx, Salesforce.com, Goldmine or similar systems is preferred. Ability to solve problems using sound logic and good business judgment. Ability to use arithmetic, mathematical, accounting, and financial tools as they apply to Tuff Shed business. Ability to read, write and understand instructions given orally, in writing and/or in diagram form. Ability to prepare effective written correspondence and reports.
