Job Summary
The Registered Nurse in Personal Care Services provides and directs provisions of nursing and personal care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician or as authorized by the state/program and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies. The Registered Nurse coordinates the plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care and helps to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care by planning and exchanging information with physician, agency personnel, patient, family, case manager and other community resources.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities
Provides high quality clinical services within the scope of practice and within infection control standards, inaccordance with the plan of care/service plan, and in coordination with other members of the patient/client'scare team from admit through discharge.
Completes clinical nursing assessments in accordance with federal and/or state program requirements and asrequired by payer
Ensures the patient/client's eligibility and medical necessity for services as defined by payer source andagency policy.
Develops and revises individualized plans of care and/or service plans according to federal and/or stateprogram requirements with other community providers.
Ensures plan of care frequency and duration meets the needs of the patient and initiates plan of carerevisions as needed with physician approval.
Experience Desired
• A minimum of one year experience as an RN preferred
License Requirements
Must have current RN licensure in state of Tennessee.
Current drivers license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Current CPR certification required.

Who You Are

Responsibilities
CPQ System Utilization
Work with IT to align CPQ functionality with operational needs in engineering and manufacturing such as:
Workflows, work instructions, routings
Component part numbering and documentation
Product configuration & documentation
Change management & deviations
Ownership of CPQ implementation through all phases of development
Design, develop, and configure internal CPQ system to meet business needs
Collaborate with various business stakeholders (manufacturing/supply chain/sales) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Provide technical support to downstream teams utilizing internally maintained CPQ tools
Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics to improve decision-making within the engineering and manufacturing teams.
ERP System Enablement & Support

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Business/Information Systems, or related field
2+ years' experience managing a CPQ functionality across Engineering & Manufacturing, with preference for Infor LN (other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics also considered).
Strong understanding of building functional CPQ models for manufactured products.
Ability to interpret engineering and manufacturing requirements to define CPQ/ERP functionality that aligns with and supports business processes.
Experience with ERP reporting and analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and training end-users.

• Serve as the Computer Information Technology Program Coordinator. • Manage and maintain the advisory committee for the program. • Maintain CIT - Networking programmatic accreditation. • Promote and assist with DSCC's eSports team. • Initial assignment may be one or two of DSCC's teaching locations, but the official work station assignment may change each semester dependent on demand. • Ability to teach and manage multiple courses in an individualized setting. • Teach a range of ages from Dual Enrollment high school students to nontraditional, returning adults. • Recruit students from area high schools and from the community to make DSCC's program viable and competitive. • Flexibility to teach evenings/weekends and/or off-campus courses as needed (requires the use of personal vehicle). • Practice a learning-centered educational philosophy and redesign courses to include research-based learning strategies including service-learning opportunities, learning communities, critical thinking skills, co-operative learning, and reading across the curriculum. • Develop web-enhanced courses for delivery in technology-enhanced classrooms/labs, online, Zoom, and/or remote location. • Develop cooperative education opportunities for students that provide capstone experiences for the program. • Revise and develop curriculum and select course instructional materials (which may include electronic materials, open educational resources, traditional textbooks, etc.) in cooperation with colleagues.
